Driver assigned was very punctual. He arrived 15 minutes early and wait for you. He also helping me up with arranging my luggage into the car. I order Alphard, i get Alphard. No issue. My travel from Sapporo to Niseko have 1 stop or more for toilet break if you require. Just dont hesitate to inform the driver. Driver drive very safe in snow condition and you can just sit back and relax.
Driver pickup was on time, his driving was really aggresive and fast especially on snow weather, it is good to have him if you are late on your schedule, but overall it is good we arrive safely to destination
Damien is a Fantastic driver. He texted the night before to confirm the number of passengers and bags. My original booking was at 1600hrs but was ready to leave around 1330hrs. I texted him that we could leave early whenever he arrived. To my surprise, he was already standby nearby and able to pick us up at 1400hrs. His minibus was very clean. Helped us without asking of 10 plus pieces of bags and ski equipments. The road down from Furano Ski Resort was icy and windy. He drove carefully without speeding. We felt safe and would request for this driver again.
Mr. Ding, the driver, was talkative, friendly, and arrived earlier than scheduled, which was great. He also shared a lot of information along the way, highly recommended.
Driver was on time and helped fit all our luggage in (3 large and 2 mediums). Drive was safe and we got to our destination with no fuss. We were very happy with the service.

Initially, I was a little worried because I couldn't see any past comments about the supplier when I placed the order. Thankfully, the driver contacted me via WhatsApp a day in advance and accommodated my request to postpone the pick-up time. The driver also arrived at the ski resort on time that day. Highly recommended!
