One of the best accomodations we’ve been too. So amazed with the room interior and technology. Just need improvement on the breakfast buffet service and food. One of the best hotels in Tagaytay!

We had a pleasant stay overall. The staff were nice, friendly, and accommodating. The pool was definitely a highlight and worth it, especially since it’s heated, which made swimming really enjoyable. The room could use a few more basic toiletries though, and the Wi-Fi connection was very weak during our stay. Overall, it was still a nice and comfortable experience.

Hotel Casiana is clean, modern, and very cozy. The location is super convenient, though being situated right along two main roads means you do get a bit of traffic noise. The staff were exceptionally warm and helpful throughout our stay. A small drawback is the lack of water dispensers on the floors, but overall, it’s a solid and comfortable choice in Tagaytay. - jayetravels.com
