My Partner and I stayed here for two days during my Birthday, this past weekend. From the guards outside, to the hotel lobby staff, to the housekeeping staff, and the staff at the pool... everyone was consistently accommodating. Excellent customer service. They always had smiles and had this willingness to help or be of service. Simple ways, simple gestures, sincerity... we felt at home. As for Deluxe King room, it was cozy, we had the king sized most comfortable bed we ever slept on. Like we could rest in it all day. My partner and I came from a graveyard shift. The super comfortable bed, the warm lights, the ambiance of the room, and the cool AC... it was exactly what we needed. We would try Baker J on our next visit. We definitely recommend this hotel and would love to keep coming back to it. We loved our stay. In general, we never felt inconvenienced, and we appreciate the experience the staffs have provided. Thank you QUEST Hotel. It was a good experience for my Birthday! ✅️🙂
