The room was spacious and clean, which we really appreciated. The bed, however, was quite hard, and I think the shower area could use some updating. We also received a complimentary cake, which was a lovely touch and much appreciated. The breakfast selection was good, although unfortunately, we noticed a large dead fly in the chicken adobo. We immediately informed the staff and asked them to remove the dish from the buffet to prevent any issues for other guests. The staff responded promptly, which we appreciated.The gym could also use a lot of improvement. The equipment seemed to be placed in the downstairs hallway rather than in a proper gym area, and there were no mirrors. Since it’s an open space, people passing by could easily watch those using the equipment, which doesn’t feel very comfortable.Overall, Taal Vista is still a good hotel with a nice atmosphere and spacious, clean rooms. Hope to see these improvements in the future.

Overall, the experience was good. Nothing spectacular though. The staff were amazing, ok din yung place kahit maulan. The room lang medyo luma na and may need maintenance. May konting insects/bugs din. More for corporate events siguro rather than family oriented yung place. The breakfast included is superb lalo na yung pastries. Yung play area is just a very small corner with slides. Tapos ginawa lang yung may mga balls, so hindi talaga sya indoor playground.

we booked at Taal Vista last June 5, we are on the 3rd floor the room spacious i like that the toilet and shower room is separated. and we had a beautiful lakeside view of the Taal, and the staffs are really welcoming. They also have an exclusive passage to Skyranch and you can also pay your admission tickets at the Front desk, very convenient if you have children with you. I would definitely come back. 💯
