Guests must transfer via Shuttle to the property. Guests must contact the property at least 72 hours before travel, using the contact information on the confirmation received after booking. This property offers transfers from the airport and train station (surcharges may apply). To arrange pick-up, guests must contact the property 72 hours prior to arrival, using the contact information on the booking confirmation. To make arrangements for check-in please contact the property at least 24 hours before arrival using the information on the booking confirmation. If you are planning to arrive after 3:00 PM please contact the property in advance using the information on the booking confirmation. Guests will receive an email within 24 hours before arrival with check-in instructions. Front desk staff will greet guests on arrival at the property. If driving, please contact this property in advance for more information (e.g., directions). This property is located within Taroko National Park, where road access is subject to traffic control. Road access is available from 7-8 AM, 10 AM, noon-1 PM, 3 PM, and 5-5:30 PM. At 10 AM and 3 PM, only vehicles queued at the checkpoint will be allowed to enter the park before the road closes again. Guests are required to contact this property by telephone prior to arrival to arrange their check-in time.

Please be aware of the following road control measures announced by the Directorate General of Highways:

1. From Taipei/Hualien/Taitung to the hotel:

 • Control Point: The east entrance of Shakadang Tunnel (near Taroko Visitor Center), located within Taroko National Park

 • Open Times: 06:30–08:00, 10:00-10:05, 12:00–13:00, 15:00-15:05, 17:00–17:30. 

After 17:30: Exit only and 18:30 Full closure.

 • Recommendation: Please arrive early to wait for passage.

2. From Taichung/Qingjing/Hehuanshan to the hotel:

(1) Route 8, 117.4k (Guanyuan Section) and 123.7k (Bilu Scared Tree Section)－Open Times: 06:00–08:00, 10:00–10:05, 12:00–13:00, 15:00–15:05, 16:00–18:30. Night closures from 18:30 to 06:00.

(2) Route 8, 147.8k (Ciyun Bridge Section), located within Taroko National Park

Open Times: Every hour on the hour for 10 minutes from 06:00 to 16:00 daily (e.g. 08:00–08:10, 09:00–09:10, 10:00–10:10, etc.). Night closures from 16:30 to 06:00.

 • Recommendation: Please arrive early to wait for passage.

【Tiansiang Riverbank Work Notice】

From June 20 to December 20, 2025, daily 09:00–16:30, Taroko National Park will conduct riverbank maintenance near the hotel area. Construction noise and equipment movement are expected.
