Staff was very accommodating and they helped us with our luggage. Room was small but we still managed to fit 2 adults and 2 toddlers. Many restaurants near hotel. 18min walk to nagoya station. They also gave kits for my children.

Really great place for the price + location! The staff were very helpful and professional even though we couldn't speak Japanese. The room was simple and clean for the most part save for the bathroom vent and hairdryer, but not a deal breaker!

Staff were very accommodating and facilities were clean. Breakfast buffet was good and delicious but with limited variation. Place was accessible through subway via Hisayaodori Station, and was near enough major attractions in Nagoya, which you can reach via a 10-15 minute walk.

the room was so small. but there is convenience store below. also, the bus airport drop off is just across the street. a few minutes away from the subway station. you can leave your luggages before and after which was really helpful.
