Everything about this place is good. However, if you're here for leisure and Tokyo city is where you want to spend it, this is not the place it's about a 1.5hr train ride. But that was my own misunderstanding that tokyo was smaller. The staff, hotel, breakfast were all great and the station is about a 2-5 min walk depending on you. Definitely recommend the stay. Also, for those travelling with large luggages there is not a lot of room, but it'll be okay if you don't mind rummaging through your luggage for what you need and put it away.

The free shuttle service was great! Their breakfast restaurant has an amazing view of the airport. Come early to witness the breath taking sunrise view. The room is also big and spacious. Great value for money.

ALL hotel staff were very attentive to our needs even if we haven't said a word yet. They were very hospitable, kind, warm, and responsive. The hotel itself, particularly our traditional Japanese room, was so comfortable and clean. The bus to the airport was right on schedule as well as the free buses to the city that allowed us to look around Narita. Highly recommended, thanks!
