Rome Tours

We truly enjoyed this full day excursion even if it was short as the travel time was lenghtly. Our guide on that day was great and made sure that we are together even if it was such a big group. People stick with the timeline so it was timely in transitioning to the next area.

The e-voucher provided by the Klook platform cannot be used directly. Please remember to refer to the email sent by the tour operator and go to the designated meeting point at the specified time to check in with the staff. After checking in, the tour guide will distribute tickets and audio guides to the group members (please keep your tickets safe, as they will be checked at least twice after entering the Vatican). Our tour guide was very responsible and knowledgeable, providing us with detailed explanations of the historical background and interesting facts about the Vatican and its architecture, which was very enriching. Please note that once you leave a building within the Vatican, you cannot re-enter it. If you wish to visit again, you will need to purchase another ticket (for example, once you leave the museum for the chapel, you cannot return to the museum). Also, this tour does not include Raphael's Rooms. Tickets to climb the dome must be purchased separately. The dome has two levels: the first level has 300 steps (with an elevator), and the second level to the very top has 200 steps (no elevator). From the highest building in Rome, you can overlook the entire city.

Rome feels like one giant open-air museum—absolutely amazing! I managed to visit all the major tourist spots, and getting around was easy with the many hop-on hop-off buses available. Just make sure to wear comfortable shoes, because you’ll be doing a lot of walking!

we really enjoyed the tour, the guide Aiko was very very knowledgeable and passionate about the history. the tour covered the areas mentioned as per the description. would have been nice to spend some extra time at the colosseum but we understand there is time limits. Aiko was trying to include everyone during the tour, really encourage to book this tour.

Despite the severe heat, our guide was extremely good in providing us a great experience! It started with a courtesy call to confirm our arrival at the designated area, followed by a tour with a plethora of knowledge sharing and information to make our experience a memorable. I feel terrible about not being sure of his name, but I’ve included a photo of him… and to him I say thank you!

Everything went well on this tour. I just feel like the itinerary was fast-paced, but I would still say it’s worth it. We had ample time to see the highlights of the trip. After the tour, you have the opportunity to spend your time in St Peter’s Basilica and explore the vast surroundings including the Pieta and souvenir shop.

the guide Stefano was so knowledgeable that he shared a lot of stories and insights on the museum and chapel. He was frank and humorous! a very lovely guide! I really enjoyed the tour a lot.

Our Vatican Museums tour was outstanding. Our guide was incredibly knowledgeable, kind, and attentive throughout the entire experience. She made sure everyone stayed together and never felt lost, which we really appreciated given how busy it can be. Her explanations were clear, engaging, and full of insight, bringing the history and artwork to life. She guided us seamlessly through the museums—truly a magnificent experience from start to finish.

The dates we chose for our trip unfortunately coincided with a cycling event in Italy, which prevented us from visiting downtown Naples. We received a notification email three days before our trip, which also mentioned the option to change our dates. At the time, we thought we could still visit Pompeii, so we didn't reply. However, the staff member even called us specifically to follow up, and we are truly grateful for their diligence and responsibility. We initially thought everyone had received advance notice, but upon gathering on the day of the tour, we discovered that many participants who booked through other platforms had not been informed and only learned from the guide on the day of check-in that they couldn't go to Naples. We were really glad we booked our tour through Klook. Our Italian guide was very professional and passionate about the region, providing us with fluent English and Spanish commentary on the unique scenery, famous attractions, and historical stories along the way. They also offered many suggestions for visiting Pompeii to those who didn't participate in the group tour and provided practical information for our dessert time in modern Pompeii, which was very enriching!
