Rom Ture

We started using the Big Bus on our first day in Rome, which helped us avoid crowded areas and an unfamiliar subway system. This allowed us to get to know the city and visit various attractions in a more comfortable and relaxed way. After showing your e-ticket directly to the ticket agent near the bus stop or to the staff on the bus, they will help you print out the tickets you can use later. Once you have your ticket, you can ride unlimited times. You can also download the designated app to follow guided tours and complete four city walk routes on your own during your trip, which is truly very practical.

Excellent service throughout the tour! The guide was good looking, friendly and informative. The transport was comfortable, and everything went smoothly from start to finish. Thank you to the team for making it such an enjoyable and memorable experience. Highly recommended!

Very knowledgeable guide who show us more than I would see on my own. Recommend way to go. Thanks!

Our tour guide Eugenio/Eugene (sorry not sure of spelling) was amazing! He was so funny and had so much knowledge to share. The tour was great and it included everything we wanted to know. 10/10 would recommend to everyone!

Despite the severe heat, our guide was extremely good in providing us a great experience! It started with a courtesy call to confirm our arrival at the designated area, followed by a tour with a plethora of knowledge sharing and information to make our experience a memorable. I feel terrible about not being sure of his name, but I’ve included a photo of him… and to him I say thank you!

we got Vicenzo as our tour guide, small group of 10. Lucky that we got him as the guide, he is understanding, responsible, informative, fun with mini quizzes, knows everything about Vatican, gives us break/pee stops. you cant ask for more! The meeting point is very easy, the team did well. we also met new friends from the tour. overall, what a perfect tour. bravo 👏

Great tour guide which helped us through the entrance to the colosseum then towards palantine hill. He held up pictures to fill up some context in different parts of the colosseum and roman forum which really helped learning the history.
