Milano

a big shout out to the (2) Filipino receptionist when we checked in for our 2 nights stay at this hotel. Room was big and clean. Location is maybe at least 10-12 mins walk from Milano Central but there is a bus stop and tram stop nearby.

clean neat and tidy. the only things is that it is far away from city centre.

I recommend it because the hotel is next to the train station, and we were able to have an early check-in. The room was clean, and the staff was professional. It's a shame that there isn't a gym in a 4-star hotel, but apart from that, everything went well. Thanks to the team!

The location is excellent, directly opposite Central Station, and there's a Metro station right outside the hotel, making it very convenient for getting around. The staff provided great service. The hotel offers breakfast, and if you book it at check-in, it's E20 per person. After a few days of eating breakfast out, we realized E20 was not expensive at all. Even though we only decided to have breakfast at the hotel on our last day, they still honored this discounted price for us. The E20 breakfast was truly a great value.

The hotel is one of the best locations , but the housekeeping could be a little better. In the heart of the shopping districyt with welcoming staff

Complimentary upgraded to another hotel: Smart Hotel! So thankful and we had a great stay! We wish we could stay for a few more days because we were arranged a large room with a couch and bar table and chairs! Also the shower facilities were very clean and new too!

Jeg havde en fantastisk tur og vil helt klart anbefale den! Dagen startede nær Milano Centrale, hvor vi mødte vores gruppe. En dejlig overraskelse var, da vores chauffør, Alfonso, gav en rose til alle kvinderne på turen – en vidunderlig måde at starte dagen på. Vores første stop var Como, som var smuk, efterfulgt af Bellagio, min yndlingsdestination. Jeg ville bare ønske, vi havde haft mere tid der. Vores guide, Sonia, var fantastisk og gav gode anbefalinger ved hvert stop, fra steder at se til caféer, konditorier og lokale lækkerier. Bådturen på Comosøen var et andet højdepunkt med en fantastisk udsigt over søen og berømte villaer, mens Sonia delte interessant information undervejs. Vi sluttede dagen i Lugano, Schweiz, som føltes som en skjult perle. Landskabet var smukt, atmosfæren var afslappet, og det føltes mindre overfyldt end andre destinationer. Alt i alt var det en velorganiseret tur med fantastisk udsigt, god vejledning og mindeværdige oplevelser.

one of the largest lake of venito with turquoise water and natural hot springs...it was very serene...sermione was a nice town with rich history... enjoyed a lot....verona need no introduction, a famous place for arena, juliet's balcony and many high end fashion boutiques...

We are very happy with the cooking class. Our instructor, Damiano, is very patient, and we have learned a lot about Italian cooking. We all agree that the pasta he taught us to make is one of the best pastas we have ever had, as well as the Tiramisu. We will love to go back and learn more.
