Hakone Ropeway tours

Highly recommended, during booking I gave my weChat ID. On the night before the tour, driver added me on weChat. Thankfully I can speak Chinese so it was easy for me to communicate with the driver. At Japan Time 7:40AM i arrived at the meeting point, our tour van departed punctually at 8am from Tokyo Station to pickup the rest at the next meeting point. Traffic was bad 3 hours journey, so driver swapped the itinerary around and took us to Hakone Shrine first, we reached at Japan Time 11:10am and didnt have time to queue and take photo with the iconic shrine so i took from the side instead. Then we assembled at 12noon JST & driver drove us to the place where we could buy tickets and board the pirate ship hakone sightseeing cruise+ ropeway cable car (own cost) For those who are not interested to take it, stay in the car and driver will bring you to Lake Ashi and later Owakudani. Tried the legendary Owakudani eggs. So from my pirate ship, cable car, owakudani area we had 2.5 hours to ourselves. The next timing was Japan Time 2:30PM at the tour van to depart for the next Gotemba premium outlet, we reached around 3.45/4pm JST. then we had 1 hour to shop, before another traffic jam back to Tokyo, by the time we arrive it was already close to 8pm JST. Cost savings wise it was cheaper to take this tour than to DIY and train there yourself, however i think if time allows, should stay at Mt Fuji area for 1-2 nights so it wouldnt be so rush.

due to traffic accidents on the journey up to mt. fuji, we were delayed by 1.5 hours which meant me missed out on the gondola ride but we all wanted the pirate ship more! it was amazing. Our guide Shun was incredible and thorough, and our driver was amazing. lunch was incredible and delicious. 10/10 would book again

I highly recommend this tour if you're in Japan for a short period of time. You get to see the beautiful Hakone, Shines, Torii gates, Pirate ship, take the ropeway, Mt. Fuji just to name a few. Tom, our tour guide was awesome at explaining everything and communicating with us throughout the tour via text and verbally. He was very knowledgeable about everything.

Serina was a great tour guide and took some photos for us. Mt. Fuji was a bit shy and hiding behind some clouds but we were able to see glimpses. We enjoyed the itinerary and were happy to see the lavender in bloom. Also happy to buy owakudani monchichi!

This was a very pleasant trip to Mount Fuji. The weather was great and the tour guide was great. We experienced the beautiful scenery of Mount Fuji, which was unforgettable. The tour guide was very nice and arranged a reasonable itinerary for us so that we did not miss any beautiful moments!

We enjoyed the trip very well. although the weather is not good on that day, raining day can’t see Fuji san, but overall experience is good. walking in the rain, super fresh air, very kind tour guide. we booked the tour with cable car ride included, unfortunately, it close due to the bad weather, they refunded the cable car ticket through the Klook, received in 2 days. very good trip and will recommend to friends.

This was such a great tour! We loved all the stops on the itinerary and were able to get beautiful shots of Mt. Fuji. Also appreciated our tour guide Yuki. She was very helpful and kind throughout the whole tour. Definitely recommend!

The itinerary provided was spot-on and followed to the T, which was something our group was very happy about as it was the main reason we booked this! Our driver was friendly, accommodating, and very professional. He did well taking care of us and keeping the entire group on time. We also very much enjoyed the drive up to Hakone as we had an amazing view of Fuji from the car. Thank you for a memorable trip!
