Things to do in Taipei Dome

The location is right by Exit 3 of Houshanpi MRT Station; just walk straight down Tongde Road and you'll find it easily! The space is very clean, and they don't constantly push sales, if you know, you know! If you want to inquire about courses, the aesthetician will also inform you about current promotions. The toiletries provided for guests are from L'Occitane, which shows how thoughtful the owner is! Plus, there's no obligation to sign up for a course, making it very flexible!

One of our group day-tours got cancelled, but we were still able to go to Taipei 101 since we reserved tickets. This was one the highlights of our trip to Taiwan. The tower itself is more beautiful and magnificent in person. Even looking up at it from the street was such a sight to see. YouTube videos and postcards do not do it justice. We had access to the 89th Obseravatory Floor and it was worth it. We were able to get pictures prior to getting on the elevator. The 89th floor offered 360 degree views of Taipei and it was glorious. We were there around 5:45 to 6:45 pm and that was perfect for a golden sunset. The floor had a flux of photogenic backgrounds and props, some adorable cafes and treats, a souvenir shop, the Tuned Mass Dumper section, and the elevators to go up and down the tower. This was an unforgettable experience and easily topped some of my prior tower visits in the USA.

Very easy to use, just scan your code and they'll give you a receipt with a QR to use on the gates. No problems using it at Maokong Gondola and Taipei Zoo. I was also able to use the zoo train one-way.

Eva Lin was an excellent guide. She was knowledgeable, friendly, and clearly passionate about what she does. The tour was well-paced and informative, and she made sure everyone felt included and had a great time. I learned a lot and came away with a much deeper appreciation for the place. Booking our tickets online right before entering Taipei Zoo turned out to be a great move, as paying in PHP was noticeably cheaper than purchasing directly in NTD at the gate. The zoo grounds are massive, beautifully maintained, and offer incredible value, but timing is everything when visiting. Arriving at 1:00 PM already put us on a tight schedule, and an unexpected two-hour rainstorm completely stalled our plans. Because of the weather delay and the sheer size of the park, we weren't able to explore the entire zoo, but we definitely plan to visit again on our next trip to Taipei. For anyone planning a visit, I strongly recommend buying your tickets online in advance for the best rate, arriving right when the park opens, and packing umbrellas so a sudden downpour won't cut your day short.

Good place to spend a whole day. start from the top and work your way down. the collection is ordered from earliest period on the top floor, and later pieces on lower floors. public transport to get there is easy and cheaper then the sight seeing bus. there are so many pieces there you might want to come another day to see the rest. Do eat before coming here as there is only a small cafe that is constantly crowded. Besides their most popular pieces that people seem to like to view, you will find other pieces you will like I found the gate cups to be the ones I prefer over the popular pieces.

Remember to redeem your physical ticket at the ticket counter after voting online. Strollers are not allowed aboard, but there is a storage area nearby. We rode with our one-year-old baby. The cabin had air conditioning—it wasn't cold or hot, though it might feel a bit warm for a small child (we rode on a weekday afternoon). All in all, it was the baby's first experience; he didn't cry or make a fuss up there, but was very curious and looked all around. Mom is more than satisfied.

Finding M4 to get on the bus was easy. I took my first hop on with the blue line at 10:50 am and the red line at 14:50. I ended the 2 routes at past 6pm. That was fun, relaxing and enjoyable!
