The hotel has many facilities that the kids enjoyed! But cleanliness needs to be improved, there was a lot of dust and we kept sneezing! And we found a small sticker in the baby crib blanket provided by the hotel😔

Overall, the hotel staff provided good service, and the facilities were complete. The room cleanliness was also acceptable. If there's one drawback, it might be the elevators...the wait times were too long! Aside from the elevator issue, overall 👍👍

we had an amazing stay at Black Horn B&B. It was well secured & safe esp at night. They have clean & cozy rooms, amenities were provided too. They have very accommodating and courteous staff & they were well-prepared especially in giving their instructions in English. The breakfast area served really good food and serving size although it's about a 3-min walk from the hotel.
hotel location:The hotel was very accessible to the restos, bus station, convenience stores, banks, pharmacy.
transport access: Ease of transport since the bus station is just across the hotel

This resort hotel really has a great value for the money 👏👏. There are so many indoor play facilities, and the heated swimming pool is also excellent! The breakfast is super delicious with a wide variety of choices... Worth recommending. Already looking forward to the next trip.

Super fun, the hotel is clean and close to the city center. You can walk to Hengchun Night Market. It's my number one family-friendly hotel.

The kids' play area is large, but unfortunately the slide in the 60cm pool is broken and unusable, making it a bit monotonous. The rooms are very large, making it easy to unpack luggage, which is worth recommending.

Birthday decorations require an additional purchase of 500😅... The breakfast buffet has a pretty high-end variety. There is underground parking available 🅿️.

This is the second time I've booked this hotel through Klook! It's truly our top choice in Hengchun. The hotel's facilities are really cozy, and the service from the front desk staff is decent. If they could offer free electric car charging, I think I would give it a perfect score.
