Nice location around Shinjuku, clean, with basic necessities, 230 meters away from the station and 800 meters away from the Godzilla head.

Staff was pleasant, easy check in and out, rooms were clean and comfortable. we are definitely coming back and referring this hotel to all our friends and family.

Excellent location close to the train station, and clean facilities. Offers a beautiful view, with Mount Fuji visible in the distance. They provide all the basic necessities for a comfortable stay.

For a family of 4, the room was extremely small, but it was clean and the staff was excellent. Great location. For how loud the city is, our room was quiet. 7/11 and Lawson are conveniently located downstairs or steps away, which was extremely handy. 10ish minute walk to the train, 3D cat billboard and Don Quijote. Ice dispenser is located on your floor with a vending machine. There is no water station on the floor. Con: very uncomfortable bed (hard) with very thin pillow. Staff had to get us additional pillows and towels.

nice hotel but the area is pretty sketch at night. it’s close to a lot of food place but I wouldn’t be out too late around this area. street stink and trash is all over the place.

loved everything about this hotel, the room had a great view of kabukicho and was comfortable and clean. room was a good size but it was only me

hotel room is small but the service is very good, I would definitely go back and stay there hotel location:perfect spot shopping and dinning cleanliness:room is always clean

I stayed here with my 5th grade child. The hotel is clean and has a great view. We avoided the Kabukicho area by sticking to the main roads, and it wasn't a problem at all. There's an airport bus stop right in front of the hotel entrance, so next time I'll probably take the bus instead of the NEX.
