this is located in Shinagawa, well south of places of interest. the lobby was beautiful, considering 3600 rooms. Rooms are tiny by US standards, but good by Japanese hotel sizes. clean. lots of standard amenities (toothbrushes, hair brush, soaps etc) but nothing spectacular. Big train terminal next door.See photos Just a very busy impersonal but clean hotel

airport limousine bus took us direct from Narita to the hotel but not from hotel to Narita. Needed to take hotel shuttle bus to the next hotel to wait for the airport bus. This wasn’t clear and explicit in the first place when I made the booking. Other than this, hotel was clean and reasonable for its price.

so close to the train station. the breakfast buffet was great!! it had great options to start of the day. staff were always very helpful. I would definitely recommend this hotel for a first timer to Japan. easy access to train station was very helpful.

Our stay at this Shinagawa tower hotel was a fantastic experience, especially traveling with my 11-year-old son! The hotel itself is almost like an entertainment hub—it was so cool having a full bowling alley and an aqua center right on-site, which kept my son completely entertained.The breakfast buffet was delicious with a great variety of options. However, a quick tip for future travelers: make sure to get there early because the dining area can get quite hectic during peak morning hours.We also loved having a 7-Eleven downstairs right in the building. It was incredibly convenient for grabbing random snacks, drinks, and quick treats at any time of the day. Another huge plus for families is the large coin laundry facility on the premises, which made managing our clothes halfway through the trip effortless. Despite the layout being a bit confusing at first for airport pickups, the excellent amenities, convenient shops, and great food made this a perfect base for our Tokyo adventures!

A scheduled power outage will take place from 1-5 AM on the following dates and locations: January 5, 2027, in the Annex Tower; January 13, 2027, in the Main Tower and East Tower; January 19, 2027, in the Annex Tower and North Tower; and January 25, 2027, in the Main Tower, Annex Tower, North Tower, and East Tower. Breakfast is not included in the breakfast rate plan for children ages 4-5, and can be requested onsite for the listed child breakfast fee. There are no breakfast fees for children 3 and under. Guests booked in breakfast inclusive rate plans are required to bring their keycard or reservation confirmation to the breakfast venue.
