Fantastic view from our room. Very clean hotel with kind staff. Rooms itself were a little outdated.

Clean, Quiet and feels like a small hotel. Nice buffet breakfast but has a line sometimes in the morning.

What a great stay! 5 mins walk from all 3 of Japan’s most popular conbinis and 2 train stations. 10 min walk to a major JR train station for the Yamanote line. although the rooms were typically small, the location and staff were top notch! so eager to help and please. Breakfast was good but we ate out most of the time. Rooms were clean and they had a guest lounge on the 14th floor with snacks, tea and coffee daily. open 24/7. Also had a cute terrace garden if you wanted a little breather. Staying in a CBD meant weekends had little to no traffic and on workdays, we traveled on the opposite direction of traffic. While workers piled in towards the area, we were leaving it so trains were never crowded. I cried leaving! 100% would stay again

Stayed for 4 nights and had a pleasant experience. Free 24 hour coffee in the lounge area was a definite plus. Rooms were clean and comfortable. Located conveniently to the metro station as well as the train station.

Staff were friendly and polite. they carried luggage i had sent over to the room which I appreciate. very good location, near subway stations. Room was clean and adequate. fantastic view. bathroom bit dated but very functional

Great hotel with very friendly staff. The room space was do able and the queen size bed is very comfortable. The lounge is very simple with a lot of stuff to it. Will definiately book again because it’s in a great location, very close to a subway station and family mart.

I loved this hotel so much. Our room was amazing, the staff were amazing and accommodating. We could see the Tokyo Tower from our room which was amazing. If I had to say one negative, it would be the breakfast there wasn’t the best, but not terrible either. Overall, this hotel is top tier.

The rooms are well-equipped and offer a great place to relax after a day of sightseeing. I also appreciated the attentive and friendly staff, who were always happy to help. Overall, if you’re looking for a tranquil spot to stay in Tokyo with excellent access to transportation, I highly recommend Hotel The Celestine Tokyo Shiba.

this hotel was so nice, very spacious and elegant. we were there for new years and they had traditional Japanese celebration events and were so welcoming. close to the Tokyo tower too!
