The location is superb!!! There are JR, convenience stores and shopping malls within a 5-minute walk, and another shopping mall and Costco are a short walk away! We are 2 adults + 2 children under 3 years old sleeping together, and the bed space is enough. The hotel also specially prepared baby toiletries, which is very considerate! I love their bathroom space design. The small space can actually design a shower, sink and toilet independently! The amenities prepared by the hotel are of very good quality. The hair dryer is actually a Dyson, and a massager is recommended. The hotel also has a public space with coin-operated clothes washing and drying machines and microwave ovens. You can go to the supermarket next door to buy lunch boxes and microwave them! I originally booked this place to go to Disneyland, and I really think this is the best decision I made! I will definitely choose this place next time!

Service: This is my first time staying in a hotel! I found that the receptionist and waiter had a good attitude, which is what I like. There is a SPA every night, but the swimming pool is not open yet! It will be open during the summer vacation, isn't it a pity!!

Location of Hotel is very near many outlet shops. There are also alot of 24H convenience stores and restaurants in the vicinity. Most importantly, the JR station is only a 5 mins walk from the hotel. Highly recommended!

APA Hotel & Resort Tokyo Bay Makuhari is conveniently located just a few minutes' walk from Makuhari Messe and JR Makuhari Seaside Station. Although the hotel rooms are small, they are fully equipped with free Wi-Fi, air purifiers, etc., and are comfortable overall. Breakfast is the highlight. It is a buffet style and provides Japanese and Western cuisine, including sushi, miso soup, grilled fish, bread, scrambled eggs, etc. There are rich choices, fresh ingredients, clean restaurant environment and friendly service. You may have to queue during peak hours, but the overall experience is good. It is also very convenient to go to the airport bus just outside the hotel. Suitable for business travelers and families, it is a good value for money choice for exploring the Chiba area or attending exhibitions.

The hotel is about 10 minutes away from the station. The price is very cheap and the hotel service is good. It is very clean and there is a 7-11 next to it.
