the staff are very accommodating. the place is neat, cozy, and tidy. the place is also near some famous attractions within the old quarter in hanoi. they also have elevator so it is a plus for tourists who carry their luggages with them. the hotel is also near food establishments and souvenir shops so you do not have to walk that much further or book a grab or taxi to transfer. it is also walkable to some attractions like the train street, famous pho and bun cha stores, st. joseph cathedral, and others to name a few. good choice all-in-all.

The location is good, and the breakfast is especially excellent. And the staff at the reception were very friendly in their explanations. I would like to use it again on my next trip.

Very convenient location in Old Quarter. Everything was walking distance. The staff were very helpful and nice. They also clean the rooms everyday.

We booked last June 23 to 26 and all we can say is we had an awesome experience! the staff were all great from front of the house, f&b upto the house keeping. We experience the luxury but with a reasonable price and will definitely recommend it with friends and family here in Manila. The staff do the extra mile so that we can enjoy ore vacation in Hanoi.

the hotel was so nice and the staff are very helpful to us. next time i’ll comback in Hanoi i will definitely check in to this hotel. very good location and the breakfast in the morning are quite impressive
