good location in old quarter with many shops around. I booked the bigger room with balcony that is more comfortable. breakfast is order to cook and really good!! however renovation is dated.

It is a nice location as it is nearby markets and cafés. The staff are pretty approachable and understand English fairly well. They can be contacted immediately through Whatsapp, and we did that because we had to have late check-in because of our sleeper bus’ schedule. Although there was an incident, it was quickly solved by them. Thanks to Ms. Linda and the whole staff!

Wonderful Stay I had an incredibly comfortable and enjoyable stay at this lovely hotel right in the heart of the Old Quarter. The location couldn’t be better, close to everything yet quiet enough to relax after a day of exploring. A heartfelt thanks to Emma, Linda, and Saffron, who made my stay truly special. They were always cheerful, attentive, and went above and beyond to make sure I had the best experience in Hanoi. From helping me plan my sightseeing to arranging my cruise to Halong Bay, their guidance and efficiency were exceptional. I especially appreciated their timely updates about typhoon warnings and weather conditions, which helped me plan safely and make the most of my trip. Their care and professionalism made me feel completely at ease throughout my stay. I would wholeheartedly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Hanoi: wonderful people, great service, and unbeatable location.

As a solo traveler, I can’t say enough about how wonderful the experience was! From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted me with warm smiles and made me feel right at home. The check-in process was smooth and efficient.My room was spotless, cozy, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. Great hotel, in a premium spot in the heart of the Old Quarter. Huge thanks to Emma, Saffron and Linda basically the hotel staff and receptionists for being so caring and thoughtful at all times with their friendliness and their standard of their proffessionality.
