hotel location: Walking distance to basically pn all nice coffee shops, the train street, to the Hoan Kiem Lake, Dong Xuan Market.

We were intially given the 8th floor room but we requested to be moved coz there’s no elevator till the 8th. Our request was accommodated. Overall good, you get what you paid for.

Our room was nice! We had a balcony. We were given 2 bottles of water everyday. Aircon is running great. The front desk folks are helpful with directions and recommmedations. The breakfast buffet is great and had a lot of options. The only issue I see is the staff working the buffet. They do not open on time (6:30AM). Even then, they were not ready to serve the meals. Some of the food were not out yet. Additionally, they keep running our of coffee.Coffee is a popular item. They should have a spare pot of coffee standing by so guests dont have to wait that long. Also, I had been asked every time wait 10 minutes for my eggs to order- and I am the first one on the line. They don’t seem to value people’s time esp when we have a tour to catch early in the morning. This is an everyday occurence in the 5 days we stayed there. Other than this, we enjoyed our stay.

I was very contented with the hotel. we have email and send a message thru messenger that we will have a late check in and they respond thru the email. I was concern about the "no show" and that we won't have a room. Our check in is a breeze. The bed was soft and so was the pillow. we have a really good sleep
