location is accessible to all. Staff is very friendly and they allow us to check in early when we arrive arround 9am without any additional charges.

We had a great time staying in this hotel. We had a good room, it is being cleaned everyday, replenished drinking bottled waters, the stafs were able to provide our requests. The staffs as well are helpful in providing direction whenever we need to find a place or thing and can communicate english. The location of the hotel is is walking distance to hoan kiem lake, the famous bahn mi 25, market, night market, coffe shops, etc.
