I personally prefer the fresh juice options.

Calling the staff is very quick, and they arrive quickly to help solve problems, which is great. I will choose to stay here again next time I go to Shenzhen.

The hotel has a long history and cannot be compared with other new hotels, but old does not mean unhygienic. The room size is acceptable, but the room is full of years of accumulated smoke smell. The room carpet is so dirty that it is unimaginable. As soon as you enter the room, you can see a large clump of hair in the middle of the corridor carpet. The carpet is sticky. A family of four needs to wear shoes to move around in the room. In addition, the room is not soundproof. I live on the fifth floor, and the Gold Coast Spa is on the fourth floor. The sound of the spa room closing at night never stopped. I heard the banging sound of the door closing all night, and the whole family didn't get a good night's sleep. In summary, don't save that little room money. Next time, I will book a better one.

This time I chose the "Guest Room" package, and the value for money is very high. The hotel's location is excellent, connected to the MixC shopping mall, making it very convenient for shopping. The package itself includes breakfast and dinner at the "Guest Room". When checking in, I asked the front desk if breakfast could be changed to "Lok Cuisine", and they were happy to arrange it.
