Excellent location! The breakfast offers both Western and Chinese options. For Western, there are omelets, scrambled eggs, fried eggs, bacon, sausages, toast, and croissants! This was perfect for me, as I primarily prefer Western breakfast! Coffee options include latte, espresso, americano, and cafe crema! There are also freshly squeezed vegetable and fruit juices, or watermelon juice. The room was spacious, and the cleaning staff were polite. Every staff member, including the managers, was very courteous. Before we left, Joy even asked about our stay and bid us farewell! We will definitely stay here again!

I wholeheartedly recommend this hotel. Its location is a clear advantage, being right next to Luohu Port and the subway station, which makes daily travel and commuting incredibly convenient. The Dongmen and King Glory Plaza commercial areas are also very close by, making leisure and shopping trips effortless. The staff are warm, polite, and meticulous in their work. The rooms are clean and fresh, with good air circulation and no strange odors, ensuring a comfortable and pleasant stay. Great stay at Grand Hyatt Shenzhen. Excellent service throughout — concierge even helped send up my Taobao parcels every day lol. Breakfast spread was huge with pretty decent quality too. Overall, a very comfortable and enjoyable stay.

Service: Francis Chen, a colleague at the reception desk, greeted us warmly, observed carefully, and showed genuine care, making us feel at ease with his warm service.
