We got 2 rooms for 2 nights. Hotel is well known for its standard, but this is relatively old by now. Location is directly accessible by underpass to the Port to HK and Luohu Mall (many delicious HK dim sum restaurants there). Sound proofing is poor as I can hear the next door using the hair dryer and passer-by talking along the corridor. Complimentary mineral water, toothbrush, toothpaste, teabags and coffee are provided daily. Checkin staffs missed out taking our passports upon checkin and we got locked out of our rooms, had to retrieve from room and go back counter to process it (waste of time due to their negligence), and were provided keys when one rooms was still in process of being cleaned. Thankfully conceign staffs were very friendly and helpful with helping with directions, and cleaning staffs were super friendly greeting you whenever she sees us. One had to prompt staffs for kids’ toiletries (checkin staffs didn’t bother).
