Stayed with kids

Hotel is very convenient, 6min walk from the famous Dongmen market place. Staff are very friendly and helpful. Special thanks to front desk Cindy for upgrading our room at better floors, allowing me to play the piano at the hallway. Also thanks to Rosa at the breakfast buffet, for king service every day, as well useful travel tips. Really appreciate all their help!

Stayed with family

The room was large (Junior suite) It is centrally located and 10 minutes from the train station. Breakfast was not as good as the Sheraton Hotel we stayed 4 nights previously in Shantou. However it is still excellent. We did not have time to use the indoor swimming pool because there are so much to see and to explore in this big City of 17 million. Staff are helpful but lack of English speaking skill.

The hotel is within 5mins walk to dongmen pedestrian street and many late night eateries.. hotel design and furniture a bit dated but serves the function.. overall a good choice for the price..

Breakfast buffet was decent enough with a big enough spread of Western and Chinese dishes. Staff were all very professional, helpful and service orientated. Location of the hotel is great , quite close to train and shopping mall and other eateries Only drawback is hotel property is considered old and needs an overhaul

We pay for deposit 1000Cny only for two breakfast but they deduct 400CNY they said one breakfast is 100cny supposed 200cny only where to ask for refund can you give me the email address thanks
