“MUJI HOTEL SHENZHEN is conveniently located near The MixC, making it a great base for exploring Shenzhen. The rooms are spacious, comfortable, and beautifully designed with MUJI’s signature minimalist aesthetic. We especially loved how clean and thoughtfully designed everything was, with a calm and cosy atmosphere that makes it easy to unwind after a day out exploring the city.”

I really appreciate the hotel's thoughtful approach. They've removed items that guests typically don't use, like wine glasses, bottle openers, and ice buckets, and instead provide useful amenities such as heated eye masks, aromatherapy, breakfast, afternoon tea, late-night snacks, and disposable face towels, which significantly enhances the user experience. The decision to provide pajamas instead of bathrobes is also commendable, as it means I can pack fewer clothes, and the pajamas are very comfortable.
Cleanliness: Good

This is a new hotel, and I booked an early bird special on Klook, which was a really great deal. The price for two nights included breakfast and the mini-bar. Although there aren't many places to eat, drink, or have fun outside the hotel, the subway is only a 2-3 minute walk away. Basically, all the services were excellent. The only issue was that the room's Wi-Fi connection required entering a Cantonese Pinyin name, which was quite challenging. Every time I left the room, I had to reconnect, so in the end, I just opted not to use the Wi-Fi. The transportation is very convenient; it's easy to get to the subway, and it's only two stops from Huangmugang to Huaqiangbei.

I loved this hotel so much that I'm already thinking about staying here again. The location and cleanliness were faultless. My only disappointment was that I was forgotten to be given my late-night meal coupons at check-in, though they handled it immediately when I mentioned it. I'd just appreciate it if you could be mindful of that in the future!!

The hotel is very convenient, located right at Exit E of Guomao Station, less than a minute's walk away. The staff are polite, the room is spacious, and well-equipped. Breakfast offers many delicious choices. It's a very good hotel.

We stayed for two consecutive days, and it was about a 10-minute walk to Coco Park. The rice noodle rolls for breakfast were delicious. The staff was friendly. Although we booked a package that included an equestrian experience, unfortunately, the equestrian venue was unavailable due to a competition, and we weren't notified in advance. Otherwise, we wouldn't have booked this package. The activity voucher is valid for one year. Luckily, there was an excellent yoga class, which was a bonus.

We booked three rooms, and the package included breakfast and dinner, with a late checkout until 2 PM. The hotel is located next to Phase 2 of Wanjia City. We got off at the Grand Theater Station, walked through MixC, and took the elevator to the 33rd floor to check in. Since it was a family member's birthday, the front desk informed us that they had upgraded our room, decorated the bed, and provided a small cake. The room was spacious, though the twin beds were a bit small. The bathtub's location was rather unusual, right in the middle of the entrance, with transparent glass on both sides. Overall, the room was well-maintained. There is only an outdoor pool. The evening buffet offered a wide variety of Western, Chinese, and Japanese options, and there was also a ball pit for children. As a five-star brand hotel, even though it's not new, it's well-maintained. The front desk and staff were all polite and friendly.

The breakfast was quite good, and the location directly across from Futian Port is very convenient. However, I was assigned a room on a lower floor facing the main road, and the sounds of cars backing up and honking were constant! It was so noisy I couldn't sleep until midnight! Are rooms really that scarce?
