Walk Across the Sandbar

Take a stroll or rent a bike to cross the pine-covered sandbar on foot. With thousands of pine trees, ocean views, and sandy paths, the route is peaceful and family-friendly, making it enjoyable even for children.

Amanohashidate View Land (Southern End)

Located near Amanohashidate Station, this mountaintop park offers a panoramic view of the sandbar. Take the cable car or chairlift to the terrace for breathtaking scenery that resembles a dragon flying into the sky. Attractions include a Ferris wheel, go-karts, and family-friendly facilities.

Kasamatsu Park (Northern End)

On the opposite side of the sandbar lies Kasamatsu Park, accessible by the Amanohashidate cable car or bus. The view from here is famous for the traditional "matanozoki" pose, looking at the sandbar upside down through your legs, making it appear like a path to heaven.

Amanohashidate Beach
