very good hotel and location was 2 mins walk from train station , everything clean and tidy, easy go down level 6 or 7 have different cuisine, I was have a sashimi set valuable and good price, especially have hot spring and sauna ,open till to 0100am, they also provide coffee machine from 6-22pm, anytime can go to take coffee , I will stay again if visit Tue Blossom hotel, 酒店地點：good 服務：good 整潔度：good 交通便利性：very good

It's a great value for the price. I've been to Kumamoto three times, and I've stopped here every time. The lounge is comfortable, and the amenities are neat and tidy.

Convenient transportation, just a 5-minute walk from the Sakuramachi Bus Terminal! I was lucky enough to upgrade to a twin room for an extra 1000 yen on the day of my stay. The room was large and the overall value for money was great. I would definitely consider staying here again if I visit Kumamoto in the future. 👏

The hotel's location is extremely convenient, with a large shopping mall and convenience stores right downstairs. It's only about a ten-minute taxi ride to major attractions like Kumamoto Castle. The hotel staff are friendly and helpful.

The hotel has a convenient location near a shopping street and across from a large shopping mall. The rooms are clean, and the separate toilet and shower in the bathroom are a plus. The staff provides good service. Parking is conveniently located across the street, and you can obtain a parking discount voucher from the front desk upon departure, costing only ¥1200 for an overnight stay.

Highly recommend if you're visiting Kumamoto. Excellent accessibility and transportation.

we loved everything about Sotetsu Grand Fresa! the room, the location, the breakfast!🥹we’ve never had better sleep in a hotel. we even got to see the Kumamoto castle when we woke up. we will be back for sure!
