Although it was a bummer that no flowers were blooming during the autumn season, but the landscape of yellow ginko trees made the experience worthwhile! Appreciate tour guide Basten for the bilingual translation 🙏🏼 and the driver's safe & quick transport, which was long.

Overall a really nice experience and I do think the tour was made excellent by our guide, Arafat who was really professional, funny, engaging and ensured he kept to the time. It was his strict adherence to timing that allowed our group to finish all planned itinerary. Arafat is very fluent in English, Chinese and Japanese - perfect for a mixed group of guests! If I were to visit Hokkiado again and I'm looking for a tour to join in, I would choose the tour Arafat is leading over others! 👍🏻

This trip during the fall foliage season was amazing, the scenery along the way was super beautiful!! The overall itinerary was also well arranged, and the tour guide Lily even gave us extra time at the Blue Pond for everyone to take pictures, which was great~ Lily was also very enthusiastic in introducing things and helping everyone take pictures along the way, she's the best tour guide I've had on a day trip! Taking a day trip is a great way to visit places you want to go but are difficult to access by transportation, the overall value is very high~

The weather is great today! Very lucky! The tour guide introduced each attraction in both Mandarin and English, so that all the passengers on the bus could understand the information about the attractions. The tour guide also helped each member of the group use the ticket vending machine to buy lunch, making the whole lunch process much smoother. The tour guide was very punctual in picking up and dropping off and in the time spent at each attraction, which must be due to experience. All the tour members were also very cooperative, and finally, we were able to return to the drop-off point on time. The guide also shared places to eat or shop nearby. A very fulfilling day.

Our guide, Xiao Pan, was very enthusiastic, and the itinerary was well-organized. He told us about many delicious foods, fun things to do, and various customs of Japan on the bus. The only pity was that we couldn't go to the Ningle Terrace because it was closed, and instead, we sampled sake. On this day trip to Hokkaido, I saw adorable penguins, the Blue Pond, and Shirahige Falls, all of which I had longed to visit and were well worth the trip. Hokkaido is beautiful, and I hope to come back again in the future.
