On August 25, 2026, we met at Exit 31 of Datong Station to join the 11:10 AM tour. We had the pleasure of having Hanna, a very elegant and knowledgeable tour guide, and Mr. Kasai, our driver. Hanna professionally explained the itinerary and provided excellent service throughout the trip. The advantage of departing a bit later was truly great, as we avoided large crowds and rush hour traffic on the way back. We didn't even have to wait in line for dinner. Although the journey was a bit long, it was well worth it for the beautiful scenery. We visited the Blue Pond, the Herb Garden (shopping for lavender products), Shikisai-no-Oka, Farm Tomita, a melon farm, and enjoyed the illuminated Ningle Terrace at Furano Prince Hotel (a nighttime activity). We returned at 9 PM.

We truly feel how passionate and enthusiastic she is about what she does. She explained everything so clearly and shared so many interesting details, tips and little recommendations along the way. It made the whole journey much more enjoyable and helped us understand and appreciate the places we visited so much more.
What really stood out was her genuine care for everyone in the group. She was attentive, approachable and always happy to help. It felt like we weren’t just following a tour itinerary, we were being taken care of by someone who genuinely wanted us to have a wonderful experience.
A big thank you as well to the tour company for preparing the thoughtful little gifts for us. Such a lovely touch and a beautiful way to end the experience!

Hikaru is a great tour guide and very THOUGHTFUL. My husband and I joined the Biei and Furano day tour from Sapporo, and he made the whole day easy and enjoyable. I would give him more than five stars if I could.
His service started before the tour began. The evening before, he messaged us on WhatsApp to confirm our hotel pickup, and the next morning he was waiting downstairs right on time.
He managed the timing perfectly. Every stop felt well paced, and we had enough time to take photos and enjoy each place.
What impressed us most was an unexpected moment. We encountered an earthquake alert, which turned out to be a false alarm. As visitors, we had no idea what was happening. Hikaru immediately explained the situation and told us there was nothing to worry about. His quick, calm response put us at ease right away.
He was also friendly, patient, and shared all the important reminders in the WhatsApp group. Highly recommended. Thank you, Hikaru, for a wonderful day!

We had a little mishap at the start of the trip since our tour was packed and some guests didn’t follow the seating arrangements. Overall, the places we visited were very lovely. Don’t forget to try their lavender and melon soft serve!

The tour was excellent! We visited many places. Even though there were only 4 of us, we had a small car, like an Alphard, which felt like a private tour. The driver was very helpful, communicated well, was polite, and always smiling. We got to see everything on the itinerary, plus they added Tomita Farm and a herb garden for us. The time spent at each stop was just right, and the weather was great. Everything went smoothly and comfortably. I highly recommend it!

small tour group with mini-bus. the ride was smooth, syllabus was great and Baku the tour guide was awesome. Baku gave us great tips during the trip (i.e. what to buy at service centre, where to grab lunch at Biei station…). we enjoyed it very much! thx the team for their effort!!!

A day trip where you don't have to wake up early is fantastic! It's wonderful to visit all the desired attractions without having to arrange transportation. The tour guide was excellent at organizing everything and provided very detailed explanations! The group members were punctual, which made the entire trip very smooth!
