An amazing experience! We spent six days in Siem Reap, and this tour was one of the most unforgettable, perfectly combining nature and culture. It was pouring rain when we were picked up in the afternoon, but by the time we reached the lake, it had cleared up and we even saw a rainbow. We first took a large boat into the village; during the rainy season, the houses look like they are truly floating on the water. The residents, especially the children, enthusiastically wave at you. Although living conditions are tough, you can feel that they are enjoying the present moment. Once inside the village, you can switch to a small rowboat paddled by local women to enter the flooded forest. If you put on headphones and play some music, the sound of nearby boat motors fades away, bringing a unique and moving sense of peace. Finally, there was the sunset. While today's sunset might not have been top-tier, seeing locals swimming in the lake and children playing on the boats—so fully enjoying the moment—made it truly special. Our tour guide, Jack, was fantastic—very humorous and attentive to everyone. I also really appreciated his philosophy of not overly disrupting the locals' lives. And our driver, James, would always be waiting at the car door with ice-cold water and wet wipes whenever we returned. If you come to Siem Reap, you absolutely must not miss this tour.

I had an amazing trip with Mr. august. It was so nice seeing not just Angkor Wat but learning about Cambodian history. This country side tour is so much better because you will have time to see the locals, how they create their foods and taste their Cambodian delicacies. Highly recommended!❤️❤️

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Amazing Experience – Highly Recommended! Booking through Klook was quick and easy. Just present the barcode from your booking confirmation at the reception for a smooth check-in. Phare, The Cambodian Circus was the first highlight of my visit to Siem Reap on 23 June 2026. The one-hour performance was absolutely worth it, featuring amazing acrobatics, theatre, live music, and meaningful storytelling about Cambodian life and culture. Before the show, we were given a hand fan. While waiting, we enjoyed the souvenir stalls, food and drink vendors, and a cultural dance performance. My favourite part was the live band. The musicians were incredibly talented, and their music made every scene even more powerful and memorable. Overall, it was a unique and unforgettable experience. I highly recommend Phare, The Cambodian Circus to anyone visiting Siem Reap.

To begin with, the driver was great. great service. dance show was good. buffet dinner wide spread. but the difference in prices between with transport and without transport for hotel transfer is quite a diff! not sure how it works.

This tour is reasonably priced yet offers an experience that exceeds the cost. Because it's a half-day tour, it's not too tiring, and you can conserve your energy since you are picked up and dropped off in an air-conditioned bus along the way. The Tonle Sap Lake is the largest freshwater lake in Southeast Asia and feels just like an ocean! It was very interesting to see the lives of the people living on the lake. The sunset viewed from the boat was truly beautiful. If you are hesitating, you should definitely join! I participated as a single Japanese woman, and as long as you have basic listening and response skills, you won't have any trouble. Nan, who led our tour this time, was polite and attentive from start to finish. He spoke fluent English and happily answered questions from us tourists, which deepened our knowledge and made it a fun tour. He sent detailed time updates via WhatsApp on the day of the tour, so I was able to spend my time freely until then. Thank you very much.

It was initially cloudy, and it was uncertain whether we would be able to see the sunrise, but right at sunrise, the clouds cleared, and we were able to witness the sunrise over Angkor Wat. Furthermore, by sheer coincidence, that particular day offered a view of the sunrise directly aligned with the center of the three towers, making us doubly fortunate. Our guide, Tola, was an entertaining person who provided detailed explanations as he showed us around. In addition to Angkor Wat, we visited Ta Prohm, the filming location for Tomb Raider, making it a very fulfilling half-day tour.

Chong was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and detailed in explaining the history, stories, and significance behind every temple. It never felt like just a sightseeing tour; it felt like travelling back in time and understanding the soul of Cambodia. An amazing experience! Although it seemed to be a different restaurant than the one we were informed about beforehand, the establishment had top-notch facilities, and the food was absolutely delicious. The staff's service was wonderful, and the hour-long dance show was so captivating that it felt like it flew by, providing a truly extraordinary experience. The pre-arranged transportation and communication with the transfer staff were perfect, allowing us to use the service with complete peace of mind.

It is a wodnerful experience being on a tour with Tom our guide. He speaks with clarity and with good volume so everybody in the tour are able to hear what he says. He is very informative and ensures everybody are well taken care of. It is very humbling to see how the villagers live here with very little but very happy nonetheless. Booking the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour through Klook was an incredible experience and easily one of the highlights of my time in Siem Reap. The early wake-up call was completely worth it to watch the sun rise behind the iconic towers of Angkor Wat—a breathtaking, bucket-list moment. Everything was organized seamlessly, from the prompt morning hotel pickup to the comfortable transport between the different temple sites. Our tour guide, Sen, truly made the day unforgettable. Sen was exceptionally knowledgeable, sharing fascinating stories about the Khmer Empire, the intricate temple carvings, and the cultural significance of each stop. Rather than just reciting facts, Sen brought history to life in an engaging, easy-to-understand way, pacing the group perfectly so we never felt rushed. Sen was also attentive to everyone's comfort, ensuring we stayed hydrated and recommending the best shaded routes as the heat picked up. Highly recommended tour. Super worth it!

Highly recommend this tour! This was one of the most amazing experiences I've had since coming to Siem Reap. I especially want to praise our tour guide, Kim, and our driver—both of them were truly wonderful. They took such good care of us along the way. The guide was very responsible and especially humorous, which made the whole trip's atmosphere relaxed and enjoyable. The driver was also very steady, the AC in the car was always strong, and we had cold water available almost the entire time. Little details like these really make you feel well taken care of. The itinerary itself was also very reasonably planned. It didn't feel like we were constantly rushing, and we had enough time at each spot to look around and take it all in. The scenery at Phnom Kulen was truly beautiful. The natural landscape along the way offered a completely different vibe from Tonle Sap Lake, and it is definitely worth a visit. There's one more thing I just have to give a special shout-out to—the roast chicken at lunch was insanely good! 😂 I didn't have high expectations for group tour food, but it turned out to be delicious and completely exceeded my expectations. What I liked best was that it didn't feel like they were just rushing you through a rigid routine. If we had any requests, Kim did his best to help us out, and he was patient the entire time. As a tourist, that feeling is exceptionally comforting. All in all, we had a wonderful and happy day. We were satisfied with the scenery, the itinerary, the service, the guide, and the driver.
