An amazing experience! We spent six days in Siem Reap, and this tour was one of the most unforgettable, perfectly combining nature and culture. It was pouring rain when we were picked up in the afternoon, but by the time we reached the lake, it had cleared up and we even saw a rainbow. We first took a large boat into the village; during the rainy season, the houses look like they are truly floating on the water. The residents, especially the children, enthusiastically wave at you. Although living conditions are tough, you can feel that they are enjoying the present moment. Once inside the village, you can switch to a small rowboat paddled by local women to enter the flooded forest. If you put on headphones and play some music, the sound of nearby boat motors fades away, bringing a unique and moving sense of peace. Finally, there was the sunset. While today's sunset might not have been top-tier, seeing locals swimming in the lake and children playing on the boats—so fully enjoying the moment—made it truly special. Our tour guide, Jack, was fantastic—very humorous and attentive to everyone. I also really appreciated his philosophy of not overly disrupting the locals' lives. And our driver, James, would always be waiting at the car door with ice-cold water and wet wipes whenever we returned. If you come to Siem Reap, you absolutely must not miss this tour.

Om te beginnen was de chauffeur geweldig. Geweldige service. De dansshow was goed. Het buffetdiner was uitgebreid. Maar het prijsverschil tussen mét en zonder transport voor de hoteltransfer is behoorlijk groot! Ik weet niet zeker hoe dat werkt.

Absolutely amazing experience! I highly recommend the Angkor Wat Sunrise Tour, especially with Mony and Sopal. Our tour guide, Mony, was fantastic—very knowledgeable about Angkor Wat, the temples, and Cambodian history. He explained everything so clearly and made the tour interesting and meaningful. He was also incredibly accommodating, patient, and attentive throughout the entire experience. Our driver, Sopal, was equally wonderful. He was very respectful, professional, and helpful, always making sure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. As a solo traveler, I truly appreciated how well they took care of me throughout the day. The sunrise was breathtaking, but having such an amazing guide and driver made the experience even more special. Thank you, Mony and Sopal, for an unforgettable experience! I would absolutely recommend this tour to anyone visiting Siem Reap! 🇰🇭

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Geweldige Ervaring – Een Echte Aanrader! Boeken via Klook was snel en eenvoudig. Toon gewoon de barcode van je boekingsbevestiging bij de receptie voor een vlotte check-in. Phare, The Cambodian Circus was het eerste hoogtepunt van mijn bezoek aan Siem Reap op 23 juni 2026. De voorstelling van een uur was absoluut de moeite waard, met verbazingwekkende acrobatiek, theater, livemuziek en betekenisvolle verhalen over het Cambodjaanse leven en de cultuur. Voor de show kregen we een handwaaier. Tijdens het wachten genoten we van de souvenirwinkels, eet- en drinkkraampjes en een culturele dansvoorstelling. Mijn favoriete onderdeel was de liveband. De muzikanten waren ongelooflijk getalenteerd en hun muziek maakte elke scène nog krachtiger en memorabeler. Over het algemeen was het een unieke en onvergetelijke ervaring. Ik raad Phare, The Cambodian Circus ten zeerste aan aan iedereen die Siem Reap bezoekt.

Deze tour heeft een redelijke prijs, maar biedt een ervaring die meer dan waard is. Omdat het een halve dag duurt, word je niet zo moe, en doordat je in een koele bus wordt opgehaald en weggebracht, kun je je energie sparen 🙂‍↕️ Het Tonle Sap-meer is het grootste zoetwatermeer van Zuidoost-Azië en het lijkt wel een zee! Het was erg interessant om een inkijkje te krijgen in het leven van de mensen die op het meer wonen. De zonsondergang vanaf de boot was echt prachtig ✨ Twijfel je nog? Doe het zeker! Ik nam als alleenstaande Japanse vrouw deel en zolang je basisvaardigheden hebt in luisteren en reageren, kom je absoluut niet in de problemen. Nan, die onze tour leidde, was de hele tijd ontzettend vriendelijk. Hij sprak vloeiend Engels en beantwoordde de vragen van ons, de reizigers, met alle plezier, wat de tour erg informatief en leuk maakte. Op de dag zelf stuurde hij via WhatsApp gedetailleerde tijdsupdates, waardoor ik tot die tijd vrij was om te gaan en staan waar ik wilde. Hartelijk dank.

It was initially cloudy, and it was uncertain whether we would be able to see the sunrise, but right at sunrise, the clouds cleared, and we were able to witness the sunrise over Angkor Wat. Furthermore, by sheer coincidence, that particular day offered a view of the sunrise directly aligned with the center of the three towers, making us doubly fortunate. Our guide, Tola, was an entertaining person who provided detailed explanations as he showed us around. In addition to Angkor Wat, we visited Ta Prohm, the filming location for Tomb Raider, making it a very fulfilling half-day tour.

De beste ervaring! Hoewel het niet de winkel leek te zijn die van tevoren was aangekondigd, had de winkel de beste faciliteiten en was het eten heerlijk. De service van het personeel was ook uitstekend, en de dansshow van een uur was zo indrukwekkend dat de tijd voorbij vloog. Het voelde als een buitengewone ervaring. De communicatie vooraf over de transfer en met het transferpersoneel was perfect, waardoor we met een gerust hart gebruik konden maken van de service.

Informative, friendly, entertaining, good value for money. Really good information starts being served as soon as you get on the bus on the way to the first Temple (Angkor Wat). I think without a guided tour I would probably lose most of what this experience has to offer. A huge thanks to Mr Chong !!!

I am especially grateful to Ben for his explanations and care throughout the entire trip. Ben is extremely knowledgeable about the history of Angkor Wat and all the various temples. His explanations were detailed, and instead of simply reciting facts, he introduced the sites by combining architecture, history, and local culture, giving me a much deeper understanding of Angkor Wat. During the itinerary, he also flexibly adjusted the arrangements based on the weather and actual conditions. The entire pace was very relaxed, and it never felt rushed. Ben was also very enthusiastic about taking pictures, proactively offering to help us take photos. Thank you so much for Ben's company and professional guidance today! Het is een geweldige ervaring om op tournee te zijn met Tom, onze gids. Hij spreekt duidelijk en met goed volume, zodat iedereen in de groep kan horen wat hij zegt. Hij is zeer informatief en zorgt ervoor dat iedereen goed wordt verzorgd. Het is zeer ontroerend om te zien hoe de dorpelingen hier leven met heel weinig, maar desondanks erg gelukkig zijn. Bedankt Tom en de tour voor zo'n geweldige ervaring.

I had such a wonderful time at the Khmer Cooking Class with Kong! He was incredibly funny, attentive, and made the whole experience so enjoyable from start to finish. He explained everything clearly, was patient with everyone, and taught us some amazing Khmer dishes that actually tasted incredible! Kong’s personality really made the class special. It felt less like a cooking lesson and more like spending a fun afternoon with a friend who happens to be an amazing teacher. I learned a lot about Khmer food and culture, and of course, I left very full and very happy! Highly recommend this cooking class, especially if you get Kong as your instructor. Such a fun and memorable experience in Siem Reap!
