SCAM!!! Agency just send me a message via whatsup 10 minutes before time to drop bicycles they cancel my booking. We stranded without bicycles and look for different agency. We must change a plans for whole day!

Upon arrival in Siem Reap in the afternoon of 29 December 2025 I immediately contacted the bike rental operator through their WhatsApp number. I told them that I would like to go to their office and see the City Bikes. After several minutes they replied advising me to cancel and asked for refund since they don't have enough City bikes. I asked again if there're other bikes available aside from City bikes but they didn't replied back. Klook should purge this kind of operators who left paying customers hijacked/stranded from their inadequate service and support. It's almost a scam! Please beware of this Siem Reap Bike rental.

Ok in simple words, the bicycle sucks. Tyres, seat and brakes all not good.

The bicycle did not arrive at the designated place so was renting another company.

Don't expect bike's condition is great (old, rust, and dirt); however, it delivered to me super early, I rode a big Angkor route around 40 km in 3 hours. I am a 190cm-100kg, and the bike was fine. Tree shape covered most of the route, so it was as hot as i expected. I visited multiple historical sites with it, and I even watched sunset with a lakeside front view lol. that was awesome. Overall, recommended it.

Siem Reap Bicycle Rental really helped us to go and enjoy different places. Bicycles are okay and easy to use. They even deliver the bicycles in our hotel at the right time. We customized our own itinerary without the hassle of commuting. It is best riding when the weather is cloudy. Thank you Klook.

The bike arrived on time in my hostel. The bike was fit to my size and so i was able to use the bike around the city as well as going to the pre rup temples to see the sunset.
