We had a wonderful SUP experience on the day. The weather is good and our instructor Jon is friendly and nice. Really appreciate his effort and patient to make us sail successfully.

i have the best time of my life. from rafting in white kiulu, best foods for lunch, after coffee and dinner, feeding monkeys at the mangrove overlooking mt.kinabalu, walking to the sandbar while watching sunset, up to the firefly and crocodiles boating at night. it's all worth it. thank you so much klook for making this itinerary and for kuya henry, best tourguide we highly recommend.

The grade 1 and 2 rapids enables the entire family to enjoy the adventure all together. Staff were very consistent in ensuring the safety of the participants. The side visit to the farm was a very nice add on. The honey tasting and animal feeding were nice activities.

Take a boat to the island and get ready. I recommend wearing casual clothes and changing into your suit inside. It seems like you need to bring your own toiletries such as shampoo. I was able to see goats, cats, and monkeys on the island. A monkey stole my food, but it was cute. The facilities are relatively clean. The visibility was good when diving in the middle of the ocean by boat, but it was very narrow when departing from the island. During the last third dive, I lost the guide and was embarrassed, but they found me. It was a very natural and good experience. The instructors kindly set up all the equipment. Everyone is very kind. They even gave me free water. For the provided lunch menu, the burger seems delicious. The mango chicken tastes like sweet and sour pork with chili sauce, and the black pepper chicken tastes like salty black bean sauce. The visibility is a bit disappointing, but the overall experience is good, so it's excellent.

The ocean was beautiful, and I saw lots of fish. The staff was friendly, making it a great experience. This was my first time visiting Kota Kinabalu, and the view from the boat was amazing. The weather was fantastic, so I had a comfortable tour.

Everything went smoothly for the transfer from Kuantan to KL. The transport provider emailed me and the driver Mr Jaya WhatsApp me one day before the trip. Even though the pickup was scheduled for 12 noon, we saw Mr Jaya’s van parked beside the hotel at 10.30am. Mr Jaya was patient, giving my elderly parents time to slowly board and alight from the van. He was also considerate, stopping twice during the 4.5-hour journey for us to take toilet breaks. He also helped us to load and unload our luggage and bags, and drove carefully, ensuring our safety.

It is a smooth ride no hassle at all the driver reminds us on the what to bring when we pass the immigration, he is also polite and most of all in time. Thanks Klook this trip is not possible without this offer!

The pick up was smooth and they were on time. The driver communicated with us a day before the pick up and provided clear instructions. We booked them too for our trip back to SG.
