Great experience with Blue Fin Divers. The dive instructor was very attentive to detail, and guided us on where we can improve. There was also good food, music and company provided, making this whole journey a wholesome one.

I am so fortunate to have met such a kind and thoughtful tour guide. He cared deeply about the children and was always by their side to look after them and ensure their safety. His loving and responsible attitude truly touched our hearts.
With him, we were able to enjoy this trip with complete peace of mind, comfort, and joy, without any worries. We deeply appreciate all his care, attention, and sincerity throughout this journey. Awesome tour guide (named Syaiful if not mistaken), help me get great underwater images. The guide continuously monitor & check my safety during the snorkelling sessions. The lunch buffet was great, got 3 lauks (chicken, fish & veggie) + watermelon, and self service coffee & tea. Kapalai underwater scenery is a bit better than Mabul. Next trip plan to have few dives in Sipadan & other Island (finger crossed).

Great experience going to mataking and pom pom island. Couldn't stop at timba timba Island due to government restrictions, however we stopped over in an area to snorkel. The guide was very helpful taking photos for us, we saw many sea turtles yesterday and tropical fishes with beautiful coral reefs. Got to see a lion fish as well. We had a great once in a lifetime experience. Would recommend this tour!

What a wonderful experience! Before departure, customer service proactively contacted me and created a group chat. On the day of departure, a staff member was even arranged to meet us in the early morning and guide us to the meeting point on their way to work. This staff member also spoke fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, making the first stop of our trip full of pleasant surprises! They also offered thoughtful photo services, including free underwater photos and videos. It was absolutely delightful!

The cleanliness can be improved as there were a lot of cotton and dirt on the floor. The water ran out unexpectedly and we couldn't do the foot soak, but the owner offered to exchange it for extra massage time which was nice. It is located quite deep within the dragon floating inn. but compensated with the pretty views.
