Overall an enjoyable snorkeling trip, although the itinerary advertised was not adhered to and even changed during the trip. The start of the trip was less enjoyable - 2 persons joining the trip went to the wrong jetty and arrived half an hour late. Next we had a stop at Mataking Island where the Chinese members of the tour needed more than half an hour to take pictures of themselves on the beach while we were sitting in the boat waiting to get to the first snorkeling location. But after that we had a great snorkeling experience, with the assistance of the excellent boat crew.

Awesome tour guide (named Syaiful if not mistaken), help me get great underwater images. The guide continuously monitor & check my safety during the snorkelling sessions. The lunch buffet was great, got 3 lauks (chicken, fish & veggie) + watermelon, and self service coffee & tea. Kapalai underwater scenery is a bit better than Mabul. Next trip plan to have few dives in Sipadan & other Island (finger crossed).

Staff were extremely helpful. when we fell ill, they offered Panadol. Breakfast variety can be improved as only bread and hard boiled egg were served everyday. It is around 5min drive and 20min walk from the jetty. With laundry mart and policlinic a stone throw away.

Una gran experiència anant a les illes Mataking i Pom Pom. No vam poder parar a l'illa Timba Timba a causa de restriccions governamentals, però vam fer una parada en una zona per fer snorkel. El guia va ser molt útil fent-nos fotos, vam veure moltes tortugues marines ahir i peixos tropicals amb bells esculls de corall. També vam poder veure un peix lleó. Vam tenir una gran experiència única a la vida. Recomanaria aquesta excursió!

What a wonderful experience! Before departure, customer service proactively contacted me and created a group chat. On the day of departure, a staff member was even arranged to meet us in the early morning and guide us to the meeting point on their way to work. This staff member also spoke fluent Mandarin and Cantonese, making the first stop of our trip full of pleasant surprises! They also offered thoughtful photo services, including free underwater photos and videos. It was absolutely delightful!
