Everything was perfectly organized and the itinerary was amazing. The highlight was definitely the tour guide — they were really professional, friendly, and spoke English fluently, making the whole trip smooth and enjoyable. The Buffet was delicious and offered a great variety of food. The whole day felt effortless and truly stress-free. Overall, it was an excellent experience from start to finish. very organized and got picked up directly from our hotel. great communication from our tour guide the night before on time of pick up. he’s professional and friendly. bike trip was great and also the boat ride was wonderful. the sites didn’t disappoint. all and all and fascinating trip!

Everything was perfect‼️🥰 vietnam is beautiful. thank you for the guide and the driver that had us well. the hospitality was totally nice, the food is also ok. my suggestion for ppl who wants to book: pls bring some snacks because u will only have lunch and will arriving Hanoi 7-8pm.

Our guide Quang Vũ was very helpful and interactive, it helped a lot that his English was quite refined. He helped us understand the process of making conical hats and insence sticks and also let ud get a hands on idea of how the leaves are flattened out and how the incense is coated. We also got a bunch of freebies on the tour which is very rare.

I enjoyed the tour. Pick-up was on time for designated location. Itinerary was good - not too rush for each location. Jenny was great at giving background story for each location. Area of improvement, perhaps on the safety aspect of the transportation. Seat belts not in place and the drive there was too fast…

Unlike typical day tours, this is a tour that allows you to sleep in before departing, as the meeting time is at 11 AM 😆. The advantage of an afternoon tour is avoiding the morning crowds at Asahiyama Zoo. Our tour guide, Joe, was excellent! There were travelers from different countries in the group that day, and he took great care of everyone, repeating all travel information in three languages. Additionally, the time spent at each attraction was just right. We arrived at Asahiyama Zoo just in time to grab a bite to eat before watching the penguin parade. The second attraction, the Lonely Christmas Tree, was scheduled for arrival at dusk, allowing for photos that perfectly capture the tree's solitary beauty. Unfortunately, the Forest Fairy Terrace was officially closed to all tour groups that day, so we'll have to save it for our next trip to Hokkaido. As a substitute, we went to see the illuminated Blue Pond, which was also beautiful! Highly recommended 👍🏾👍🏾👍🏾

The tour guide seemed too young and didn't really control the group well. Also, while they were called a tour guide, they didn't actually introduce the history of each location. This was a very different experience compared to other tours I've taken in Vietnam. The worst part was that after dropping everyone off at each location, they didn't mention a meeting time. When I asked the tour guide what time we'd meet, they just replied that they'd be waiting at that spot, and the voice was so quiet that not all the tour group members could hear. So, the entire day was spent waiting for other tour members to return to the group, plus it was a holiday, so there were tons of other tour groups at each location! Because our group arrived late to the restaurant for lunch, we only had half an hour for lunch, which felt very rushed and uncomfortable. The bike ride after lunch is really unnecessary. The bikes were super bad, and the roads were super bad too. It's skippable. The only complete experience during the whole trip was the boat ride. The Mua Cave at the end was just a big question mark. We paid money to enter, but we could only stay for 40 minutes. There was no time to climb up, even though the park was really beautiful. It was such a pity we couldn't go up because we'd be late. Again, regarding the final meeting time to return to Hanoi, we waited in the car for 40 minutes because other tour members were late. The whole experience really felt like we spent 2/3 of the time waiting for people! If you're going to spend a whole day on this, I recommend booking a small group or a private tour. You really get what you pay for!

in a private car tour to visit the pagoda and boat ride . the tranquil boat ride is very relaxing cruise thru the rivers and 4 caves. can assist in rowing to experience rowing fun as well . duration abt 2 hrs. climbing up mua mountain is very taxing and requires physically fit to do it. strongly recommend to join.
