Great experience for the whole family and guides were friendly and informative. Cafes and the shop had great food and souvenirs to buy. Have to try the soft serve ice cream. Highly recommended for the whole family 👍🏽

We thoroughly enjoyed our tour to Cameron Highlands with Rames, he was at our pickup location before time and ensured that our travel was safe and timely. While on the way ,he was proactive in sharing the highlights and history of Ipoh and Malaysia as a whole and we thoroughly enjoyed our chat. At the all the attaractions we were given enough time to explore at our own pace and get back to move on to the next location. We enjoyed our trip to BOH tea plantation, Rose Valley , Raju Hills Strawberry Farm, Cameron Valley Tea and lots more. Another highlight was that Rames got some icecream for us at the farm and that was really sweet. All in all we had a pleasant experience and recommend this package to everyone.

The tour guide's service attitude was generally good, but they didn't accompany us to some attractions and didn't provide much introduction, so we couldn't learn more about the attractions. This was a bit disappointing. Hopefully, they can accompany guests more in the future and provide more introductions. Water was provided on the bus.

First of all, please note that the tour is from 7:30 AM to 6:00 PM (the stated time of 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM appears to be incorrect).
I participated with my daughter. As we were not staying at a hotel, we departed from the Starbucks in front of Berjaya Times Square at 7:30 AM sharp. Due to it being the first day of a long weekend, the traffic was terrible. We arrived at Kellie's Castle at 12:00 PM. At 1:30 PM, we had lunch consisting of chicken rice (steamed and boiled), steamed bean sprouts, and fried tofu with oyster sauce. Everything was delicious and easy to eat.
At 2:45 PM, we arrived in Old Town. After exploring, we had white coffee at OLD TOWN at 3:00 PM.
At 4:00 PM, we arrived at Perak Tong Cave Temple. Afterward, they dropped us off at our accommodation.
We were worried because the journey there was delayed significantly due to terrible traffic, but we were taken to all the scheduled tourist locations as planned. We were very satisfied.

We started early and there were less crowd at the temples. Our guide, Ram, was knowledgeable and gaves good recommendations. We had a great day out!

If I could give the tour guides (interns) 300 out of 10 I would, they did an amazing job at every stop and went above and beyond. They are very knowledgeable of the aniamls, insects, and overall environment; managed the river tubing very well. Big thanks to each and everyone. I absolutely recommed, I didn't even expect to have such a stomach-filling lunch 🥺♥️

If you’re thinking of trying this out, do it! Our time with Riverbug has been nothing short of spectacular. We were running late due to unexpected traffic on the highways, and they were incredibly understanding and accommodating. Huge shoutout to Ema at reception and our lovely guide Doddie for the wonderful experience! The rafting itself was the most fun I’ve had in years. Doddie made sure we had our fill of the river and left no dry spots on our clothes 😂 They also gave us ample recommendations for what to do in Ipoh. Looking forward to our next adventure with Riverbug!

We booked from Kuala Lumpur to Kuala Selangor, the driver is prompt, arrived before time, but they are mindful in waiting beyond the free wait time so keep that in mind and be punctual to avoid any hassle
