Great driver and staff who received me at the exit. We met into some trouble at immigration due to the height of my youngest who couldn't reach the scan camera. so staff and driver waited a little bit for us. Throughout trip, he drove safely. helps with luggage which we were greatful as I have 2 elderly and 2 young kids.

A 2.5 hours safe and comfortable journey for our family of 6 from downtown Ipoh to downtown Kuala Lumpur. Highly recommended for the price. Agency drops an email the day before pick-up and driver has initiative to Whatsapp you before pick-up too.

He arrived at the meeting place exactly on time. I also liked the friendly and safe driving. It was a long distance of almost 4 hours, and there was rain and thunder and lightning in the middle, but I arrived at the destination safely. From Ipoh to Kuala Lumpur Airport, as of November 24, it cost an additional 100 ringgit, and it took 4 hours including a bathroom stop in the middle.

The transfer was overall ok; driver brought us to our destination (from Ipoh to TRX). Transportation company sent the information of driver via email. However, not sure if my expectations are too high, there wasn’t any message from the driver the night before nor the morning. I had texted the driver to inform to text when he has arrived and his reply was he was on his way and will reach in about 20mins time (about 10 mins later then agreed time). The journey was uneventful with one toilet break in between.

Very friendly, efficient and convenient service at a good price. Our driver, Mr Aman, arrived well before the scheduled pick up time and was very flexible to come to pick us up earlier. The ride was pleasant and Mr Aman kindly introduced the history around the area and the city along the way. Learned a lot from him. Highly recommend !
