Transport in Hong Kong

The timing was great, and the other group members were punctual, which made for a good experience. The leader was fluent in both Mandarin and English, so communication was easy, and the meeting time and location were clearly explained. We departed at 12 noon and spent almost 4 hours at the outlet, which allowed us to also enjoy lunch. The timing was perfect for me. I suggest everyone check which brands are their target brands at the outlet before departure, which can save a lot of shopping time. We arrived at Nabana no Sato and spent almost 3 hours there. There were many restaurants to patronize, and the light show and scenes were wonderful. The weather was cold in late November at night, so 3 hours was more than enough. We returned to Nagoya punctually before 9 pm, which was great.

Klook is always our lifesaver whenever we travel. Booking our Octopus Card through them was so convenient, and the pickup at the airport was quick and hassle-free. It saves us so much time and makes the whole trip smoother. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Hong Kong!

Very convenient! Staffs are helpful. my ride is like 5:30pm and I requested if I can get on to an earlier ride and they did help me right away. I ride is so cozy. I didn’t even feel that we’re moving already.

Easy! Ferry station connected to the mall and to the MTR. Was late, but they still honored our ticket. Smooth and seemless ride on the ferry. Hold onto the rails when getting onto the ferry, but overall felt super safe ! The Ferry station shopping stall in Macau sells M-pass to pay for bus fares and to get around, and snacks and drinks too! Also took the ferry back to Hong Kong. Simple, my preferred way to get back and forth between Hong Kong and Macau. will definitely use this service again!

This is how the MTR Tourist Day pass (24H unlimited in all MTR lines except the East Rail or light blue line going to China) is used: Tap going in, insert upon exit unlike the regular octopus card which is tap in tap out. This is definitely worth it as we were able to explore HK from Disneyland <pic taking only as we were done with Disney last year> all the way to the other end - Hong Kong Museum of The War of Resistance and Coastal Defence just the entire day with lots of other attractions in between!

Easy and convenient way to reach Macau. Whole journey took 2.5h from Metroplaza to our hotel in Macau. The bus stop can be accessed from the shuttle bus door beside Sushiro on the first floor of Metroplaza. It was a fun experience to travel across the undersea bridge to Macau. Clearing customs on a weekday was super fast with no queue. Will recommend for those who get easily sea sick and can’t take the ferry.

Buying tickets online to collect physical tickets on site is hundreds of times faster than buying tickets on site. ! ! The only drawback was that after arriving at Taipa Pier there was no clear indicator telling us how to get to the free casino bus, we made a big detour and took the paid Macau bus to New City! ! Wasted our time about 5 hours without visiting Macau at all!
