The airport staff were nice and accommodating. It is a must to rent an Octopus card since it can be used for bus, train, and other establishments. the sim card is also convenient to use. overall, this package is perfect for travelers

we booked for 2pm and since we arrive 1130am they offered us the 12nn schedule. it was easy, fast and smooth ride. weather was nice too. better go ferry than bus which takes almost 2 hrs ttrip back to hongkong.

If you have time to spare in Hong Kong, try taking a day trip to Macau. Although there were many people around, it wasn't as cramped and crowded as the streets in Hong Kong. The sights were definitely enjoyable, despite it being a hot day. The booking experience via Klook, using a Turbojet Ferry ticket, was seamless. The trip was fast and encountered no problems throughout.

The location is clear, and the process is straightforward. There's no need to exchange for physical tickets; you can use the QR code immediately after purchase. Children are free according to age. Boarding is at the Galaxy Macau lobby, Diamond Lounge. If you have any questions or concerns, go into the Galaxy and turn right; there's a very large counter. The staff wears bright orange suits. The bus is on time. Mine departed at 12:15 and arrived at Prince Edward at 13:45. When going through immigration, take your luggage with you. There's a bit of walking at Macau immigration, so allow plenty of time. If you miss it, wait for the next bus. Walk back to C6. At Hong Kong immigration, there's less walking; boarding is at C3, which is easy in 20 minutes. At the Prince Edward office, if you want to buy a return ticket, it's located right at the parking spot.

First time to experience seamless transfers without worry of available load balance. Need to tap at entry and insert upon exit. It's so worth it. Went to Tung Chung for the Citygate Outlets, short visit to Disneyland, Central mid-level escalator, Causeway bay for Fashion walk and tram ride. Lastly ended the day at Mong Kok for hearthy meal at Dim Dim Sum.

Very easy to book and overall onboarding process and the onboaeding process was spontaneous.

It takes about 30 minutes from Macau to Zhuhai (we departed from Studio City Macau).
