Booking with klook is so convenient getting physical ticket is way too fast.no need to go through long que.
When purchasing tickets on weekends or holidays, be prepared to pay higher prices than usual. Additional fees may be incurred at the counter. If you are buying ferry tickets via apps like Klook and showing the QR code to the staff, be aware that the ticket counter is located in a somewhat remote area of the ferry terminal, so plan to arrive early and leave yourself enough time to walk. The seats have cup holders on the right side, but they do not securely hold a water bottle. The ride itself is generally smooth, ensuring a comfortable journey. However, it is recommended to take motion sickness medication in advance. Japanese motion sickness medicine is highly recommended, and you can even purchase it at pharmacies in Hong Kong. Upon arrival in Macau, immigration procedures can take anywhere from 30 minutes to an hour, especially during weekends and holidays. Make sure to allow extra time for this process.

Getting the ticket was a bit hasstle. There should a signage going to the store/shop where it should be claimed, especially for the first timers who went in that area. But, overall I have a nice experience with Cotai ferry.

Buying tickets online to collect physical tickets on site is hundreds of times faster than buying tickets on site. ! ! The only drawback was that after arriving at Taipa Pier there was no clear indicator telling us how to get to the free casino bus, we made a big detour and took the paid Macau bus to New City! ! Wasted our time about 5 hours without visiting Macau at all!

Booking a Cotai Water Jet one-way ferry ticket on Klook this time was a very smooth experience. The ticket collection process at Shun Tak Centre in Sheung Wan was simple and fast, just show the QR Code to redeem. The cabin uses a high-speed catamaran, the sailing is stable, the leather seats are spacious and comfortable, and the one-hour journey passed in the blink of an eye. There is also a snack bar on board, and it is even recommended to bring a jacket because the air conditioning is strong. The biggest surprise is the high flight density and strong flexibility, even if you arrive early, you may have the opportunity to take an earlier flight. Overall, this is an efficient and comfortable choice for traveling between Hong Kong and Macau.
Even though it’s a jet boat, you won’t get seasick while sitting on it! Even if there are some waves, it won’t move too much! The boat is moving very fast! We arrived in Macau in a blink of an eye😊
I comfortably traveled from Hong Kong to Macau. I woke up after a nap and had already arrived. I highly recommend this as the fastest way to get from Hong Kong to Taipa.
