The local guides were professional and enthusiastic, taking us to explore hidden spots and taste authentic cuisine. The accommodation was comfortable and cozy, with attentive service. This was our first Harbin trip, the extreme cold was what we wanted to experience. The tour was well coordinated, guide and driver are friendly and very experienced. The tour helped with additional options to value add our experience with no obligation. Most of us were able to quickly adjust to Harbin harsh weather and follow the itinerary. Upon booking this package, we were prepared for the local meals and accepted the outcomes. The trip is communicated in mandarin, instructions on activities, meeting place/time were essential for tour participation. Due to seasonal holidays, the large influx of tourists is easy for anyone to be separated. Be sure to have a good roaming data plan to stay contactable, China telecom provides excellent broadband coverage. Overall, we enjoyed the simple nature of Snow Village which shown us the place where time stood still and the marvels of mountainous views.

This tour was great, especially the tour guide: Mr. ZhangNan. He was so nice, helpful, patient and made us happy & comfortable. Two thumbs up 👍👍. The accomodation was good. The food was ok. Snow Town is my favorite place. Memorable moments for us❄️📸🤍

Traveling with seniors, this is a small group, not a large bus tour, which is very commendable 👍. The tour guide, Sister Li Li, is very professional and also took us to experience a Mohe bar (not included in the itinerary, tour guide Sister Li Li took our group members there 😁). The itinerary includes all the attractions that should be visited. It's just a bit tiring to sit in the hard sleeper of the green train. If you can buy a soft sleeper, pay extra to buy a soft sleeper 🤣. Overall, it's worth experiencing 👍.

This tour is definitely a smooth and hassle-free. Destination are nice and hotels are beautiful. All staff are accommodating. Tour guide/driver is very friendly and has a lot of patience. Harbin – Yabuli – China Snow Town: A Trip We Will Never Forget Our journey to Harbin, Yabuli, and China Snow Town was truly magical. The snow-covered scenery was breathtaking, and Snow Town felt like a fairytale. What made this trip unforgettable was the people. In Yabuli, I accidentally left my daughter’s Apple Watch in the pocket of a rented ski outfit. I was very worried, but our tour guide 張大漂亮 immediately stepped in, personally accompanying us back to the rental shop and coordinating patiently with the staff until it was resolved. Thankfully, we retrieved the Apple Watch 🙏 The rental staff were honest, kind, and very accommodating. A heartfelt thank you to our amazing tour guide 張大漂亮 ❤️ Your kindness and dedication went far beyond your role and turned a stressful moment into a memory we will always treasure. Thank you as well to our driver for keeping us safe and comfortable. Truly grateful and highly recommended. ❤️❤️❤️

Most of the time was spent traveling to destinations (because China itself is a large country), but I spent each day meaningfully, and the schedule started around 7-8 AM and ended around 4-5 PM, so free travel was also possible. Although I am a foreigner who is not fluent in Chinese, everyone kindly explained things again and showed patience and consideration.
