Mi sono divertito molto in questi giorni ed è stata una grande fortuna vedere il Lago Celeste. Il servizio clienti iniziale, Sammi, è stato molto paziente nella comunicazione e nel progresso. Un ringraziamento speciale al consulente di viaggio per il servizio premuroso e il feedback tempestivo durante tutto il viaggio, è stato particolarmente rilassante. Anche il capogruppo è stato molto professionale, sia per le visite turistiche che per l'organizzazione del viaggio, tutto è stato perfetto e affidabile.

The driver took great care of us, took us to the restroom, took us to eat, took us to mail postcards at the post office, took us to play in the snow, paid the ski deposit for us, and took pictures for us. He did everything! He was everything to us, absolutely excellent. He even woke us up in the morning. During my trip to Harbin, I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent tour guide named An Li. His character and abilities made the entire journey much more enjoyable and smooth. First and foremost, he was incredibly polite, maintaining a pleasant demeanor with every fellow traveler and service staff member, which made interactions easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, he was always punctual, whether for scheduled meeting times or departures, which not only reduced anxiety about waiting but also ensured the trip ran smoothly. His driving skills were also exceptional, making our travel experience safe and pleasant. Each time we got on and off the vehicle, he proactively helped with our luggage, which I found very thoughtful. Lastly, he was able to share local history and culture, making our journey even richer and more interesting. Overall, An Li's performance was something I truly valued, and he added many wonderful memories to the entire trip.

This tour is amazing led by our lovely leader Xiao ji. She is extremely knowledgeable about the area, being a native, and shared unsurmountable history about the places we visited. In event there is language barrier, she is quick to use language translator to ensure smooth communication and avoiding any misunderstandings. She is also attentive to all of our needs, and can accommodate modt form of compensations in event things dont go to plan and ensures the tour always moves at a precise time. Absolutely recommended
