Vi havde det rigtig sjovt de sidste par dage, og var så heldige at se Tianchi-søen. Kundeservicemedarbejder Sammi var meget tålmodig og hjælpsom i den indledende kommunikation. En særlig tak til rejsekonsulenten for den opmærksomme service og hurtige feedback under hele turen, hvilket gjorde det hele meget nemt. Rejselederen var også meget professionel, både med hensyn til sightseeing og rejseplanlægning, hvilket var meget passende og pålideligt.

During my trip to Harbin, I had the pleasure of meeting an excellent tour guide named An Li. His character and abilities made the entire journey much more enjoyable and smooth. First and foremost, he was incredibly polite, maintaining a pleasant demeanor with every fellow traveler and service staff member, which made interactions easy and enjoyable. Furthermore, he was always punctual, whether for scheduled meeting times or departures, which not only reduced anxiety about waiting but also ensured the trip ran smoothly. His driving skills were also exceptional, making our travel experience safe and pleasant. Each time we got on and off the vehicle, he proactively helped with our luggage, which I found very thoughtful. Lastly, he was able to share local history and culture, making our journey even richer and more interesting. Overall, An Li's performance was something I truly valued, and he added many wonderful memories to the entire trip.
