Although there was traffic congestion on Rama II Road due to roadworks, the driver remained professional and arrived in Bangkok earlier than expected. Booked a shared city transfer between Pattaya and Bangkok through the Klook app and it was a smooth experience from start to finish. The booking process was quick and easy, pickup was on time, and the ride was comfortable. It’s a great budget-friendly option if you don’t mind sharing the ride, and everything felt well-organized and reliable. Would definitely use it again.

​The Good: The service itself was excellent. Despite heavy rain, the driver was professional, drove very safely, and was incredibly helpful with our heavy baggage. The car was exactly as described—clean and comfortable. ​The Catch: The pre-trip communication needs improvement. I didn't receive the driver’s details automatically; I had to email the supplier myself to confirm. I finally received the information only 35 minutes before the pickup. ​Verdict: Great execution, but the booking process was a bit stressful due to the late communication.

The driver was exceptionally patient and friendly, and the entire trip was very thoughtful and meticulous. He coordinated with our itinerary, and we had a fantastic seafood meal in Pattaya. We saw the stunning Sanctuary of Truth, and at Terminal 21, we bought the Dragon's Beard Candy Pancake, a special snack we missed in Ayutthaya. It was delicious, delicious! If you see it, you must buy it! We also bought a lot of unique souvenirs and mementos. Very grateful for this encounter!

Driver was very accommodating, courteous and we felt really safe with him as he also always kept a lookout for us. Pattaya is a must visit when you are in Thailand so many experiences and attractions that you can only find there!

Everything went quickly and comfortably, a ferry from the island to the mainland and a transfer to Pattaya by minibus

overall a good experience. Driver was waiting at out hotel lobby 15min before our scheduled meeting time. Driver could speak very minimal English, but this is stated in your contract and its fine. We managed to communicate easily using the Google translate app, its no a problem

Driver was on time and great. He didn't encroach on us...very silent...but he stopped us wherever we wanted for small things and was very nice. Will book again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
