We visited Siam, then the Sanctuary of Truth, Tiger Park, Tutu Beach, and Elephant Village, before returning to Siam. I was a bit worried about what kind of driver we would have, but they taught us some Thai and we had a great time. Thank you, Khun Nok! This isn't related to the charter, but at the Sanctuary of Truth, you go around with a guide for an hour, and there are guides available in various languages. So, if you prefer a Japanese-speaking guide, I recommend checking the schedule before you go.

Muay, our driver was 10/10!!! She's so sweet, good in English, considerate and caring. She's lovely!! She smiles a lot. We feel safe and comfortable with her driving and throughout the trip. She even gave us water and cooling towel because of the heat. Overall, I recommend Muay and did a great job!

The service staff will be waiting for you between Gate 3 and Gate 4. After finding your name, please confirm your order number. Once confirmed, the staff will lead you to the driver waiting area outside. The process is quick, and both the service staff and the driver are very polite, so don't skimp on the tip.

Had to move time due to delayed flight, no hassle. The bus is not full also. You can just walk in. Luggage is no problem too. If you are 2pax, just book a Grab / Bolt from the drop off point instead of paying 100 THB.

The staff informed us that the boat would pick us up at noon, but on the actual day, we were called to board the vehicle at 11:30 AM to wait for the boat to depart at 1:00 PM. However, the boat was delayed and didn't leave the pier until 1:40 PM. Instead of having two more hours to relax, we ended up waiting for the boat, which was a huge waste of time. Why wasn't the schedule followed as informed? However, the outbound boat departed and arrived on time.

Driver was on time and great. He didn't encroach on us...very silent...but he stopped us wherever we wanted for small things and was very nice. Will book again. THANK YOU VERY MUCH!!!!
