This place is a good place to train for physical fitness, I took private class here and the coach was friendly. He thought me some good moves, now I can atleast stand a chance to fight back bullies. athe only issue is there is a slight language barrier between the staff's , not the coach. staff's alone. They thought I signed up for group class at first. They didn't even see that I signed up for private class. My timings was at 11am they told I need to wait till 4 pm. You need to bring your own hand wraps and boxing gloves, otherwise you'll have to rent them for 100 baht. Some people insist that you don't need hand wraps and gloves, but your hands will probably hurt more. After teaching the basic movements, the trainer will take turns instructing you on punching bag work, glove drills, and physical training. When my friend and I went, it was a weekday afternoon, so it wasn't too crowded. I recommend just taking the Group Class, it's much cheaper than the Private class. If you bring your own towel, you can take a shower, which is nice.

If you have a rich nightlife itinerary in Pattaya, I would recommend you not to purchase this tour. But if you are someone who has exercise habits and foundation, and has never experienced Muay Thai, I hope you don’t miss such a course. Before coming here, I thought it was a "Muay Thai Experience" course, but it was actually a "Muay Thai Training" course. On that day, except for me, it seemed that other students were not attending the course for the first time, because they might have brought their own gloves, bandages, etc. But even if you have 0 experience and are at a different level than other students. The coaches were very patient and gave me special guidance. Those who have purchased the tour do not have to worry about losing money. As long as your physical strength allows, the coaches are happy to provide more complete teaching and guidance, but usually students are defeated by their own physical strength first. It is recommended that those who want to sign up can do a little more homework (and physical strength) before going, so that the 1.5-2 hours will be more fulfilling. class is very good. lasted about 90 minutes. very tired by the end. def feel like I’m getting a little better

private class is very nice. not too intense but definitely get me sweating. definitely a fun experience when in Thailand

Fantastic training that I will never forget for the rest of my life, they pulled the last bit of strength out of us and we enjoyed it as it should be.

Good gym. Lots of equipment and not too crowded. Cold plunge and sauna included with class too which is cool
