Fantastic 5.0
Our departure was Zurich and took us 2hrs to get to the destination. We went to Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald and Interlaken. This tour is ideal for active people, who walks a lot. The tour would need you to walk on inclined paths. Not ideal for people with difficulty in walking. We did the cliff walk at Grindelwald First(an option with additional fee of 70 CHF per person), however there were fog and the mountains were not visible. Ideal for a day trip/short trip to Switzerland but still want to see/experience the beauty of the mountains and make the most out of their Switzerland trip. Overall, our tour was very nice, peaceful and refreshing. Our guide is very patient and really explained clearly the areas while our driver really took care of us and drove safely. It was a good experience and I would recommend this to young people who are up for adventure.

Fantastic 5.0
The Swiss Museum of Transport is honestly one of the most impressive museums I’ve visited. The place is massive and incredibly comprehensive from vintage cable cars and historic trains to boats, classic cars, and even space rockets, the collection is absolutely fascinating. What makes the experience even better is how interactive everything is. There are hands-on exhibits throughout the museum, which keeps the visit engaging and fun instead of feeling like you’re just walking past displays. The entire museum is also very well organized, with explanations available in multiple languages. I ended up spending almost four and a half hours here without even realizing how quickly time passed. That alone says a lot about how immersive the experience is. The only downside is that both the entrance ticket and the cafeteria food are a little pricey, but overall it’s absolutely worth visiting if you’re in Switzerland.

Fantastic 5.0
On that day, three groups from the same supplier had overlapping itineraries and shared the same tour bus. I made a last-minute decision that day to pay the extra fee to upgrade to the Top of Europe / Jungfraujoch tour, and I am so glad I did! The breathtaking scenery was well worth the price. It's a place you must visit at least once in your lifetime, which goes without saying. However, I must give special praise to our tour guide, Kid! Guide Kid is of Thai descent, fluent in both English and German, and a specialized guide for the Jungfraujoch tour. Calling him a 'Jungfraujoch butler' is no exaggeration! Kid knows the entire itinerary like the back of his hand; not only are his route arrangements and timing extremely precise, but he also knows down to the exact second when and where the bus, train, and cable car will pass by stunning views. He guides and helps group members prepare their cameras in advance, and even at crowded tourist spots, he manages to find fantastic photo angles, encouraging and guiding everyone to strike their best poses with confidence. Kid instantly memorized the names of every single group member, took care of everyone throughout the entire trip, and carefully explained key itinerary details and important points to each group individually. I feel so fortunate to have been able to join the Jungfraujoch tour led by Kid!

Great 4.0
The cloudless weather and the view from above were spectacular, making for a truly precious experience! The instructor was also very kind, and I had a lot of fun. I think it would be helpful to mention in the description that there's an additional charge for the cable car to go up Mount Pilatus. It would also be more helpful if the itinerary were described in a bit more detail.
