You can use the vouchers you purchased right away. I've already used them, and there were no issues at all. You can simply show the vouchers to the train staff, ticket agents, or museum staff. It's very easy! Our only job is to make sure we get on the correct train class. 😃

a better option and more pocket friendly than the STP, especially if combined with other tickets like the gonegrat bahn zermatt or jungfrau travel pass. cannot recommend enough as travelling in swiss alone is $$$. easy to use and if conducter comes to check, just present the QR code that is provided once this ticket is purchased. thanks Klook for this offer!

The Berner Oberland Pass was one of the best purchases for our Switzerland trip. It made traveling around the Bernese Oberland region incredibly convenient, with unlimited access to most trains, buses, boats, and mountain railways included in the pass. We were able to move easily between destinations like Interlaken, Wengen, Lauterbrunnen, Grindelwald, and Lake Brienz without having to buy separate tickets each time. The pass saved both time and money while giving us the freedom to explore at our own pace. It removed the hassle of planning every journey and allowed us to focus on enjoying the stunning scenery. Highly recommended for anyone spending several days in the region.

The hotel does not allow early check-in.
Convenience of transportation: The location is quite far from the train station, about a 15-minute walk, which would be very inconvenient with large luggage.
Cleanliness: Pretty good.
Service: Average.

Hotel location: Right next to the train station, a two-minute walk away, and close to Charles Bridge. There are many restaurants nearby. Cleanliness: Very good. Service: Luggage storage is available, the process is quick, and free bus tickets are provided (though I didn't use them).

absolutely amazing hotel. the location, staff, amenities, and more were all so perfect. the staff answered every question i had with ease and was very helpful with recommendations and anything that i needed. amazing amazing amazing place and i will 100% stay there again whenever im back in Luzern!

The hotel is a 10-minute walk from the train station and easy to find using Google Maps. It turns out it's a joint venture with the Ambassador Hotel Lucerne. In the hotel lobby, you can make your own tea or coffee. The breakfast selection seems small, but it has all the basics, which is nice.

Best value hotel in central lucerne. Close to everything, though small, the room was clean and comfortable with private bathroom and fan provided. Cant complain for the price paid relative to other nearby hotels.
