Had an amazing 2D1N trip to Bromo and Ijen. The blue flame was unfortunately not available due to local conditions, however seeing and walking into a volcano crater, admiring the blue lake & mountains nearby is already a mesmerizing experience. Tour guide Rizky and his driver had everything arranged so the whole trip went without hazzle 👍🏻

The tour guide speaks Chinese very well, but not very well spoken. I thought he was a shy Chinese, but I found out he was a local after asking. The communication was basically barrier-free. He accompanied us throughout the trip, supported us in climbing the volcano, helped us find the popular camera positions, took the initiative to record us and took beautiful photos for us. His photography skills were very good. The trip was pleasant and the tour guide was also very talkative. When we modified the itinerary, he patiently helped us to re-plan

The trip was well organized and we had great service and hospitality from our driver/guide Viko and his brother from start to finish. Do be prepared for minimal sleep on most days though, as there are many early mornings (as early as 11pm the night before!!) for this tour. However, the beautiful sunrise views do certainly make up for it!

We came from Taiwan. We found a Chinese tour guide for the convenience of communication during the multi-day tour. The person serving us was Evan, a young, promising, and gentle Surabaya university student. He assisted us in coordinating our rich itinerary for the past few days. He also took the initiative to provide other solutions to make up for the fact that we were unable to visit the waterfall due to heavy rain. It is really a very good company. Finally, they helped us buy the ferry tickets from Java to Bali and sent us on board, which is really commendable. And the driver was very hardworking and worked hard these days. Thank you both for your service!

The Bromo tour was one of the most beautiful sights I have ever seen in my life, and every moment felt surreal and unforgettable. Although it was raining on the way from Surabaya, we were lucky to arrive at King Kong Hill under clear skies, allowing us to enjoy the full view. We also had the best driver and a wonderfully kind guide who made the whole journey even more comfortable and enjoyable. The entire experience was so perfect that I have absolutely no regrets choosing this tour. 참고로 쌀쌀은 했지만 엄청 춥지는 않았고, 한국 가을 날씨 정도로 느껴졌습니다~ (11월22일 기준) I was especially grateful for our guide, Melati, who made the experience even more enjoyable. She was kind, thoughtful, knowledgeable, and talented guide. She guided us perfectly and showed us the best spots. She also took amazing photos for us, helping us create memories. If I ever visit Bromo again, I would love to join her tour once more. Thank you so much, Melati!

This trip was beyond imagination, even though I didn't see the blue flame on the day I went. The vehicle was comfortable with ample legroom, and Mr. Rudi was a gentleman and punctual. If you like swimming, the hotel has a pool. Also, when we departed at 11:00 PM, the hotel packed the rice that we didn't redeem the coupon for in time, and Ms. Judi brought it to the car. It was very impressive. I encourage everyone to try this experience once in their life. Watching the sunrise at Mount Bromo is not difficult, but at Ijen, the path is quite steep for a long distance. I recommend being in reasonably good physical condition.
